【考案の詳細な説明】
[産業上の利用分野]
本考案は、発生させた蒸気によつて冷凍食品を
加熱解凍したり、食品を調理したりする蒸気式加
熱器に関するもので、庫外に排気する蒸気を結露
させるようにして、器具設置室内への排気蒸気量

[従来技術及び問題点]

本考案は、庫内に発生させた蒸気によつて食品
を加熱し、過剰蒸気を庫外に順次排気するように
した蒸気式加熱器に於いて、器具から排気される
蒸気量を少なくする為、排気される蒸気を水に変
