When the mesh baskets 4, 4 containing frozen food A are placed in the chamber 1 and the heater 3 of the heating water tank 2 is energized, the water placed in the heating water tank 2 is heated and evaporated, and the chamber 1 is filled with steam. . The steam generated in the refrigerator interior 1 is stirred by a fan 8, and the frozen food A in the mesh basket 4 is heated and thawed.

On the other hand, steam is being generated one after another from the heating water tank 2, and the interior of the refrigerator 1 becomes in a state of excess steam, so this excess steam is discharged to the outside from the exhaust pipe 5 installed through the upper wall of the interior of the refrigerator 1. That's what happens.

A cold water spray nozzle 9 is disposed within the spray chamber 7, and the tip of the cold water spray nozzle 9 faces toward the drain pipe 71. (See FIG. 2) Further, the steam stirring fan 8, the heating water tank 2, the heater 3, etc. are constructed in the same manner as the conventional ones described above.

Next, the excess steam in the refrigerator enters the spray chamber 7 through the through holes 11, 11 drilled in the side walls of the refrigerator interior 1, and is further guided by a guide plate 72 and guided directly below the cold water spray nozzle 9. It will be destroyed. Then, the cold water spray nozzle 9 disposed in the spray chamber 7 sprays a mist of cold water onto the steam guided directly below the cold water spray nozzle 9, thereby cooling the steam. This will result in condensation.

Next, FIG. 3 shows a second embodiment of the present invention.
In this case, a part of the water supply pipe 6 is guided into the upstream exhaust passage of the cold water spray nozzle 9, and this part of the water supply pipe 6 is wound into a coil shape.

In this system, the exhausted steam is cooled by contacting the coiled winding portion of the water supply pipe 6, and then further cooled by the cold water spray nozzle 9. Therefore, there is an advantage that the exhausted steam is more likely to form dew condensation than when only the cold water spray nozzle 9 is used.
