いる。 As shown in conventional FIGS. 1 and 2, a pair of fixed contacts 1 are arranged, and a window hole 3 is formed in a sliding insulating support 2 that slides perpendicularly between the pair of fixed contacts 1. A movable contact 4 bridging the fixed contact 1 is inserted into the window hole 3, and a contact spring 5 is inserted into the window hole 3 to bias the movable contact 4. In the fitted switch, the support protrusion 6 of the contact spring 5 is provided protruding from the inner wall of the window hole 3 of the sliding insulating support 2, one end of the contact spring 5 is externally fitted, and the other end of the contact spring 5 is fitted. is formed into a U-shaped cross section, and is received on both sides by a spring receiver 7 guided to the side wall of the sliding insulating support 2. This spring receiver 7 is located at the center of the movable contact 4, and the movable contact 4 is biased by a contact spring 5.

Furthermore, the center of the movable contact 4 is bent obliquely in order to position the spring receiver 7, and the gap with the fixed contact is small, making further miniaturization difficult in order to maintain current-carrying current interrupting capacity. be.
Furthermore, even if it is attempted to provide the movable contact 4 in the window hole 3 of the sliding insulating support 2 on the opposing inner wall side, the positioning of the movable contact 4 in the width direction with respect to the sliding insulating support 2 and the contact spring 5 are difficult. Since it cannot be mounted, a special sliding insulating support 2 must be manufactured separately, which is expensive. In addition, in the conventional switch, the contact 8 of the fixed contact 1, the movable contact 4

In order to accommodate the contact, a support protrusion of the contact spring having a sloped tip is provided to protrude opposite the inner wall of the window hole, and the center portion of the movable contact is formed into a bent recess for receiving the contact spring. Guide pieces that slide on the side walls of the sliding insulating support are provided at both ends of the bent recess.

A rectangular window hole 13 is bored in the sliding insulating support 12, and the inner wall of the window hole 13, on which the contact spring and movable contact come into contact, is inclined when viewed from the direction of the window hole 13, which has an open end. Support protrusions 15 formed on the slope 14 are provided to protrude in opposition to each other. A generally rectangular movable contact 16 made of sheet metal that bridges the fixed contact 11 is inserted into the window hole 13 so as to contact the slope 14 of the support protrusion 15 with both ends protruding. One end is fitted onto the support protrusion 15, and the other end is brought into contact with the center of the movable contact 16 to bias it. A contact 18 is provided at both ends of the movable contact 16 at a position opposite to the contact 10 of the fixed contact 11, and a bent recess 19 having a width approximately the same as the thickness of the sliding insulating support 12 is formed in the center thereof. Guide pieces 20 that slide on the side ends of the sliding insulating support 12 are provided in a folded manner at the upper and lower ends of both sides of the U-shaped cross section of the bent recess 19. The maximum height of the movable contactor 16 (the height of the upper and lower guide pieces 20) is higher than the height of the window hole 13, and the bent recess 19 is formed slightly lower than the height of the window hole 13. When inserting the movable contact 16 into the window hole 13, insert the movable contact 16 at an angle from vertical to nearly horizontal, and insert the movable contact 16 at an angle from the center to the sliding insulating support 1.
The guide piece 20 is placed on the thick wall portion of the sliding insulating support 12 and raised to abut against the side wall of the sliding insulating support 12. The movable contactor 16 is provided in an inclined state as shown in FIG.

The recombination of the contacts is carried out using one sliding insulating support 12, with one sliding insulating support 12 being normally closed as shown in FIG. 4 and normally open as shown in FIG. This can be illustrated for ease of understanding as shown in FIGS. 8 and 9. 8 corresponds to FIG. 4, and FIG. 9 corresponds to FIG. 7.

A movable contact bridging the fixed contact is inserted into the window hole, and a contact spring is fitted into the window hole so as to bias the movable contact, the switch comprising: On the inner wall of the window hole of the sliding insulating support body where the contact spring/movable contact comes into contact, supporting protrusions of the contact spring whose tips are formed with slopes are protruded from opposite to each other to support the movable contact in an inclined state. , forming a central part of the movable contact into a bent recess for receiving a contact spring;
This switch is equipped with guide pieces that slide on the side walls of the sliding insulating support at both ends of the bent recess, and the inclined fixed contact slides on the contact surface of the contact of the fixed contact. Performs self-cleaning by removing dust and oxide film on the contact surface.

別個に摺動絶縁支持体を製作する必要はない。 The movable contact of the present invention has a bent recess at the center to receive the end of the contact spring, and guide pieces that slide on the side walls of the sliding insulating support are provided at both ends of the bent recess. This reduces the number of parts, simplifies assembly, and reduces the cost of the switch. In addition, conventional movable contacts are formed in a diagonal manner in order to locate the spring receiver in the center, and the gap with the fixed contact is small, making it difficult to downsize in order to maintain current-carrying current interrupting capacity. In the present invention, since the central part of the movable contact is formed into a bent recess, the gap between the movable contact and the fixed contact can be increased, and the switch can be made smaller. Furthermore, since supporting protrusions are provided on the inner wall of the window hole of the sliding insulating support body to allow the contact spring to be fitted externally, movable contacts are provided on both sides of the inner wall and can be used in common. Since the opening contacts can be freely rearranged, there is no need to manufacture a separate sliding insulating support.
