〔産業上の利用分野〕 この発明は庫内温度管理を行う自動販売機の制
御装置に関する。 〔従来の技術〕 自動販売機において、庫内温度を商品の販売に
適した温度とするため、従来、庫内に温度センサ
を取り付け、該センサの検出信号により冷却ある
いは加熱装置をオンオフして、庫内を冷却あるい
は加熱するものが知られている。 したがつて、自動販売機内の商品は常に販売に
適した温度に保冷されていることになる。 〔発明が解決ようとする課題〕 このような従来方式では、販売が長時間にわた
つてなされない夜間等の時間帯においても、常に
温度センサの出力に応じて冷却あるいは加熱する
装置を動作させて、商品を販売に適した温度に保
冷しているため、電力を無駄に消費していたとい
う欠点があつた。 この発明は上述の種々の問題を解決するために
なされたもので、庫内温度管理を設置状況に応じ
て行うようにして、消費電力の節減化を図るよう
にした自動販売機の制御装置を提供することを目
的とする。 〔課題を解決するための手段〕 この目的は、この発明によれば、第3図に示す
ように構成された制御装置により達成される。す
なわち、 庫内温度を検知する温度センサの出力に応じて
冷却機或いは加熱器をオンオフ制御することによ
り、商品を適温範囲に保つようにした自動販売機
の制御装置において、 自動販売機の運転開始時刻および運転停止時刻
を設定する時刻設定手段4と、 商品を自動販売機にセツトした場合等に操作す
るローデイングスイツチ6と、 冷却機或いは加熱器を強制的にオン、オフする
時間を複数段に切換え可能に設定する節電モード
スイツチ2と、 該節電モードスイツチ2で設定されたオン、オ
フ時間にしたがつて、前記温度センサの出力が冷
却機或いは加熱器に対しオン指令である間で冷却
機或いは加熱器をオンオフ制御するオンオフ制御
手段101と、 自動販売機の設置直後の稼動、停電後の電源回
復時ならびにローデイングスイツチ6が操作され
たときは、前記節電モードスイツチ2の設定に関
係なく所定時間連続的に冷却機或いは加熱器をオ
ン状態とするオン制御手段102と、 前記時刻設定手段4で設定された運転時間帯外
では冷却機或いは加熱器の運転を停止させる停止
手段103と、 を備えることにより達成される。 〔作用〕 上記の構成において、自動販売機の設置直後の
稼動、停電後の電源回復時ならびにローデイング
スイツチが操作されたときに生じる信号がオン制
御手段に印加され、オン制御手段は、所定の時間
連続的に冷却機或いは加熱器をオン状態とする。
その後、上記節電モードスイツチからの信号で設
定された時間でオンオフ制御手段は冷却機或いは
加熱器に供給する電力を強制オンオフ制御を行う
とともに、時刻設定手段からの信号でこの時刻設
定手段により設定された時間帯外では冷却機或い
は加熱器の運転を停止するように作動する。上記
のように自動販売機の設置後などにおいては、冷
却機や加熱器などが強制的に駆動されて商品を冷
却または加熱するので商品を所定温度に必ず設定
することができるとともに、時刻設定手段での設
定時間範囲外では冷却または加熱は強制的に停止
されるので、無用の電力消費を節約できる。 なお以下の説明において、自動販売機本体には
温度センサが設けられ、冷却機或いは加熱器(ヒ
ータ)等は通常の温度制御が自動販売機側でも行
われるが、その間に、冷却機或いはヒータを制御
装置からの信号で、所定時間間隔でオンオフする
制御を強制オンオフモードという。 〔実施例〕 以下にこの発明の一実施例を図面とともに説明
する。 第1図はこの発明が適用される自動販売機に用
