Conventional electronic devices having a single circuit board on which an electronic circuit is constructed have the disadvantage of having a large planar shape. In order to solve this problem, attempts have been made to configure electronic circuits on each of the two boards, arrange them in an overlapping manner, and connect them with conductive wires, but this method makes it difficult to perform maintenance or inspections. However, the disadvantage was that it was difficult to separate the two substrates. In order to solve this problem, an attempt has been made to connect the electronic circuits on both circuit boards by attaching connecting elements 41 and 42 to each circuit board and connecting them so that they can be inserted and removed as shown in FIG. However, in this case, a space 45 must be formed between the outer conductor 43 and the center conductor 44 to allow the other connecting element to fit in, and in this way, both the elements 41 and 42 must be connected. There was a drawback in that the tip end 44a of the center conductor 44 was bent or broken inside the outer conductor 43 while being inserted and removed many times.

Next, a connecting tool 15 is configured to connect the electronic circuits configured using each of the circuit boards 5 and 6.
I will explain about it. This connection device consists of a first connecting element 16 attached to the circuit board 5 and a second connecting element 17 attached to the circuit board 6. First connecting element 16
Reference numeral 18 is an external conductor made of a metal material with good conductivity, such as brass. This outer conductor 18 has a cylindrical portion 1 whose outer surface is a contact surface.
9, a collar portion 20, and fastening pieces 21, 21. The fixing pieces 21, 21 are arranged symmetrically around the center conductor, which will be described next, so that high frequency characteristics are improved. A center conductor 22 is provided to penetrate inside the outer conductor 18. Reference numerals 23 and 24 indicate connecting terminal portions at the base and the tip, respectively, and a portion of the electronic circuit element 7 provided on each circuit board 5, 6 is connected to each terminal portion 23, 24 so as to be removable. There is. Reference numeral 25 denotes an insulator, which fills the space between the cylindrical portion 19 and the center conductor 22 in the outer conductor 18 .
The relationship between the cylindrical part 19, the insulator 25, and the center conductor 22 is determined by press-fitting the insulator 25 into the cylindrical part 19 from the state shown in FIG. By doing so, mutual integration is achieved. Second element 17 then has only an outer conductor 27 made of the same material as said outer conductor 18 . The outer conductor 27 includes a cylindrical portion 28 whose inner surface is a contact surface, a flange portion 29, and fastening pieces 30, 3.
It has 0. A slit 31 is formed in the cylindrical portion 28 to be long in the axial direction. Also, the stopper piece 30,
30 are provided so as to be located symmetrically with respect to the center conductor 22 in a state where both elements 16 and 17 are connected, so that high frequency characteristics are improved.

Next, the assembly of the electronic device having the above configuration will be explained.
First, a plurality of circuit elements 7 and a first
Fastening of the element 16 takes place. The first element 16 is fastened by inserting the fastening pieces 21, 21 into the fastening hole 10 and soldering them to the conductor foil 5b. The fastening piece 21 may be fastened by inserting it into the fastening hole 10 and then twisting and deforming the portion that protrudes from there to the back of the board.
After the above fixing, the lead wires of some of the circuit elements 7 are connected to the terminal portions 23. Separately from this, a plurality of circuit elements 7 and a second element 17 are attached to the circuit board 6. The second element 17 is fastened using the fastening piece 30 in the same manner as the first element. Next, the circuit boards 5 and 6 are placed facing each other, and the first element 1 is placed in the state shown in FIG.
6 into the second element 17. In the case of this insertion, since the slit 31 is formed in the cylindrical part 28 of the second element 17, the cylindrical part 28 can be inserted by inserting the cylindrical part 19 of the first element 16 into the inside of the cylindrical part 28. The insertion is performed smoothly while being pushed outward slightly by the cylindrical portion 19. When the insertion is completed, the outer surface of the cylindrical portion 19 and the inner surface of the cylindrical portion 28 are in close contact with each other, and the electrical continuity between the two is extremely good. Further, as shown in FIG.
The tip of the is in contact with the flange 20, and both circuit boards 5, 6 are connected to each other.
The mutual spacing is correctly maintained at a predetermined dimension by the connector 15. Next, the circuit board 6
Connect the lead wires of some of the circuit elements 7 provided in the. Next, the circuit boards 5 and 6 are assembled into the case 1 as shown in FIG. 1, and the lead wires 8 and 9 are connected to the center conductors 2a and 3a, respectively. This completes the assembly of the electronic device.

As described above, since this invention has a structure in which the two circuit boards 5 and 6 are superimposed, twice the number of electronic circuits provided on a single circuit board can be accommodated within the projected area of a single circuit board. electronic circuits can be disposed therein, and the planar shape of the electronic device can be miniaturized.

Furthermore, even if the two substrates 5 and 6 are superimposed and the electronic circuits provided on each are connected to each other as described above, the configuration is such that the external conductor 18 of one connecting element 16 is connected to the external conductor 18 of the other connecting element 17. Since it is inserted into and out of the conductor 27 freely, and a part of the electronic circuit of the other center conductor 22 is directly connected to the tip of the other center conductor 22,
During maintenance or inspection, the two boards 5 and 6 can be separated by simply disconnecting a single part of the connection part of the electronic circuit to the tip of the center conductor and relatively pulling out both the connection elements 16 and 17. This has the effect of making maintenance or inspection work easier.

Moreover, since the configuration is as described above, both boards 5 and 6 must be restored after the maintenance and inspection described above.
There is also a practical effect that recovery can be accomplished by a simple operation of bringing the connecting elements 16 and 17 closer to each other, fitting the connecting elements 16 and 17 together, and making the connection at the one point.

Moreover, even with the configuration that allows for easy separation and restoration as described above, one of the connection elements has a cylindrical outer conductor, a center conductor inserted inside the outer conductor, and a center conductor of the outer conductor. It has a structure consisting of an insulator filled between the outer conductor and the center conductor on the inside, and the other is formed into a hollow cylindrical shape so that the outer conductor can be freely inserted and removed, and the center conductor is inserted therein. Since the structure does not include the insulator 25 in the one element 16, the outer conductor 18
(There is no need to provide a gap to allow the center conductor of the other element to fit in, as in the conventional structure described above.) It has a structural feature that allows it to hold the 22 firmly, has a strong structure, and can be expected to have high durability even after being fitted and removed many times without failure.
