[Detailed explanation of the invention] This invention is based on the idea that when installing electric wires using a pipe for laying electric wires, in order to fix and attach the electric wires at both ends of the pipe, a clay-like non-combustible material is stuffed into the gaps at both ends of the pipe. This invention relates to a wire fixing device installed in a wire conduit for fixing wires.

Since the L-shaped wire clasps 5 are always installed near both ends of the wire installation pipe 2, it is necessary to weld the L-shaped wire clasps 5 to the structure 1 each time, and the wire lashing bands are not required. It is necessary to fix the electric wire 3 to the L-shaped electric wire clamp stand 5 using the hoop 4. Therefore, in this conventional method, a large number of L-shaped wire clasp stands 5 and band hoops 4 for securing wires are required, and a large number of man-hours are required for installation.

This invention was created in view of the above-mentioned current situation, and aims to be a fixing method that replaces the conventional L-shaped wire clamp stand 5 and wire lashing band hoop, and is inexpensive and greatly reduces the number of installation steps. The wires are fixed at both ends of the wire installation pipe using a clay-like non-twisting material, and a space is created in the pipe to avoid the effect of air expansion inside the pipe. The present invention provides an electric wire fixing device installed in an electric conduit, which is characterized by fixing and supporting electric wires to both ends of the tube by packing, drying, and curing.

Next, a wire fixing device installed in a wire conduit according to the present invention will be explained with reference to FIGS. 2 to 4. As shown in the side view of FIG. 2, after the electric wire 3 is installed in the electric wire installation pipe 2, an electric wire made of a clay-like non-combustible wire fixing material is placed in the gap between the pipe ends of the pipe 2 and the electric wire 3. A fixing device (hereinafter referred to as wire fixing device) 6 is installed. In this case, as shown in FIG. 3, a space indicated by 7 is necessarily provided to prevent an explosion of the pipe due to expansion of the air in the wire installation pipe 2 and other adverse effects. As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, in the work of tightening the wire fixing device 6, the wire installation pipe 2 and the wire fixing device 6 shown at 8 are overlapped at both ends of the pipe 2. Further, the wire fixing device 6 is made to fit between the mesh outer layer (outer skin) on the surface of the wire 3. (See Figure 4) After the above work is completed, the wire fixing device 6 dries and becomes hard, and the wire 3 is completely fixed at both ends of the pipe. In this case, the electric wire 3 and the electric wire fixing device 6 are connected to each other because the electric wire fixing device 6 gets into the gap between the outer mesh layer.
The pipe 2 and the wire 3 will not move in the left-right direction due to the overlapping part 8 of the wire fixing device 6 with the wire-laying pipe 2. It never moves. Furthermore, since the electric wire 3 is completely in contact with the electric wire installation pipe 2 at both ends by the electric wire fixing device 6, it does not move in the vertical direction.

According to the electric wire fixing device installed in the electric conduit according to the present invention as described above, a clay-like nonflammable material is attached to the pipes at both ends of the electric wire installation pipe instead of the conventional electric wire clasp base and wire securing band hoop. It is stuffed between the wires and dries to harden to fix and support the wires, which has the effect of simplifying wire installation work and reducing man-hours.
