Abstract

PURPOSE:To simplify the construction of a heat insulating inner wall by stretching a finishing base material on the inside surface of a urethane foam layer provided inside a wall body via adhesive dumplings or wood cleats and filling urea foam resin between the urethane foam layer and the finishing base material. CONSTITUTION:A urethane foam layer 2 is provided inside a wall body 1, dumplings 3 of an adhesive mainly made of plaster are dotted on the inside surface of this urethane foam layer 2, or wood cleats 9 are arranged at a proper interval. A finishing base material 4 is stretched on its inside surface. Urea foam resin 7 is filled in a gap 5 between the urethane foam layer 2 and the finishing base material 4 through a filling port 6 bored on the finishing base material 4. A heat insulating inner wall with the excellent flame-resistant performance can be easily formed.

Conventionally, the so-called internal insulation method in which a heat insulating wall is provided inside a wall such as a concrete wall, for example, as shown in Fig. Dumplings made of an adhesive mixed with a component are dotted at appropriate intervals, and then plate-shaped synthetic resin foam C1 such as urethane foam C1 Finishing base material d such as gypsum board or plywood or as shown in Figure 4, after applying 6 layers of urethane foam to the inside of wall a by spraying, etc., dot the surface with dumplings of gypsum adhesive, and then apply the finished surface. As shown in Fig. 5, a composite panel g consisting of a synthetic resin foam f such as a plate-shaped polystyrene foam and a finished base material d is used as a waste form, and a finished base material d is placed on the inside. There is a structure in which concrete is placed on the side of the synthetic resin foam f to form the wall a.

[Function] Using this construction method, a heat insulating wall is provided inside a wall such as a concrete frame as follows. First, a urethane foam layer is provided on the inside of the wall by spraying or the like. Then, on the surface, dumplings made of an adhesive made of plaster as a main component and a component mixed with pulp or the like are dotted at appropriate intervals, or wooden pieces are nailed at appropriate intervals. Adjust the surface level using etc. and arrange it. Furthermore, a finishing material such as gypsum board or plywood is placed on those surfaces. Thereafter, the gap between the finishing upholstery and the urethane foam layer is filled with Urya foam, which is discharged from the nozzle of a foaming gun through a filling port drilled in the finishing upholstery. Then, after closing the filling opening provided in the finishing lining material by filling it with putty or inserting a cap or cork, an interior surface material is provided on the surface of the finishing lining material as appropriate.

1 in the figure is a wall such as a concrete frame, and first, two layers of urethane foam are provided on the inside of this wall 1 by spraying or the like. Then,
After applying a primer coat to the surface at appropriate intervals, the dumplings 3 are formed by applying an adhesive whose main component is gypsum and mixed with a component such as pulp, etc., by applying with a trowel, etc.・Dot the locations. Furthermore, a finishing base material 4 such as gypsum board or plywood is pressed onto these surfaces toward the gypsum adhesive balls 3 . . . while adjusting the surface level. After that, the positional relationship is such that there are no gypsum adhesive balls 3 behind the finishing base material 4,
As will be described later, filling ports 6 are opened at intervals such that the urethane foam is filled in the gap 5 between the finishing base material 4 and the two layers of urethane foam without any gaps. Then, the urethane foam 7 discharged from the nozzle of the foaming gun through the filling port 6 is filled into the gap 5 between the finishing upholstery material 4 and the urethane foam 2. After that, the filling port 6 provided in the finishing base material 4 is filled with putty or a cap or cork is inserted to close it, and then the cloth shown as 8 in the figure is applied to the surface of the finishing base material 4 as appropriate. The interior surface material is provided.

Here, the two layers of urethane foam provided inside the wall 1 have a thickness that is sufficient to color the surface of the wall 1, and normally in the present invention, the thickness is 5 to 5.
The thickness is set to be about 10 mm, preferably about 6 mm. In addition, the thickness of gypsum adhesive is 1 when the finishing base material 4 is stretched on the surface while adjusting the level.
It is desirable to adjust the heaping height in advance to about 9 mm and then apply the coating with a trowel, and the viscosity is also adjusted to achieve this condition. Here, as a gypsum-based adhesive, an anhydrous silicic acid foam consisting of a discontinuous cell aggregate is mixed with an adhesive component whose main component is gypsum, which the present applicant previously disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 58636/1983. If you use this material, it will be possible to construct a more suitable heat-insulating inner wall.

In the present invention, after providing two layers of urethane foam on the inside of the wall 1, seven layers of Urya foam are provided on the surface of the wall 1 because the Urya foam 7 tends to shrink and create gaps, although they are minute, so it cannot be used alone. When used, the insulation effect is lost through this gap, and the urethane foam 2 is easily flammable, and if there is no urethane foam 7 on its surface that has self-extinguishing properties, it will be destroyed from the slight gap at the joint of the finished upholstery 4 in the event of a fire. This is because there is a risk that the wall 1 will catch fire due to flame penetration. Furthermore, when the urethane foam 2 is directly filled behind the finishing upholstery 4, the foaming pressure of the urethane foam 2 is high, so steps may be formed at the joints of the finishing upholstery 4, resulting in uneven surfaces. It becomes easier to grow.

In other words, there are currently only two types of synthetic resin foams used for on-site foaming: urethane foam and Uriya foam, but urethane foam is easily flammable, but the physical properties of high foaming pressure and strong adhesive strength, and Uriya foam Although urethane foam is flammable, it has low foaming pressure and tends to shrink and create gaps.
It can be said that by creating a multi-layered structure with Uriya foam positioned on the side and the interior side, a desirable insulating interior wall can now be constructed. In addition, urethane foam has poor sound absorption performance, but urethane foam has good sound absorption performance. Therefore, in addition to the sound insulation effect by making both of them into a multilayer state, the sound absorption effect is improved, and the sound silencing effect is significantly improved. be.

Next, FIG. 2 shows another embodiment, but here, instead of dotting the gypsum-based adhesive balls 3 on the surface of the two urethane foam layers at appropriate intervals, as shown in the figure 9. The wooden beams shown are shown arranged at appropriate intervals in the lateral direction and their surfaces adjusted to be flat by nailing or the like. At this time, it is also possible to attach the finished base material 4, such as gypsum board or plywood, to the wooden frame 9 by nailing it.

When an insulating wall is provided inside a wall such as a concrete frame using the insulating wall construction method of the present invention as described above, urethane foam with strong adhesive strength is present all over the inside of the wall to prevent condensation from forming. This not only prevents the lifespan of the wall from being shortened, but also prevents the formation of cold bridges due to the presence of a urethane foam layer on the outside of the adhesive lumps and wooden frames. It is possible to prevent surrounding components from being soiled.

Furthermore, since the foaming pressure of Uriya Foam is low, there is no unevenness of the surface due to the formation of steps at the joints of the finished upholstery materials, and Uriya Foam, which has self-extinguishing properties, is located on the interior side. Therefore, it is possible to construct an insulated inner wall with excellent fire prevention performance.
