内の汚水は、ゴム板2、サイドシール3の間のす
き間から洩れ、端部に設けられた水受具5に溜り
清掃ヘツド1内と同様、真空ブロワー11あるい
は重力により、洗浄液タンク6に回収される。し
かし、水受具5内の汚水が無くなると、水受具5
から洗浄液タンク6の配管から大気が入り込み、
洗浄液タンク6内の真空度が低下して、清掃ヘツ
ド1内の汚水回収が悪く、清掃効果を悪くする恐
