(Prior art) Generally, this type of washing machine has an upper water supply port that opens above the washing tub and a lower water supply port that opens downward, and has a large number of water passages on the inner surface of the washing tub. An overflow filter with a water hole is installed, and water is simultaneously supplied into the washing tub from both water inlets and water is allowed to flow outside through the overflow filter, allowing for efficient overflow rinsing. Since the water supply channel that leads water from the side to the lower water supply port was formed in the washing tub, there was a drawback that the shape of the washing tub was complicated, and it was not very good from the standpoint of design and manufacturing and cost.

(Purpose) This proposal was made in view of this point, and the lower water supply pipe is housed and arranged by using the space existing on the back side of the overflow filter, and this lower water supply pipe allows water to flow from the water source side to the lower water supply port. By guiding this, it is possible to eliminate the need for forming a water supply channel in the washing tub, prevent the formation from becoming complicated, and provide a product that is favorable in terms of design, manufacturing, cost, etc.

1 is the main body of a two-tank washing machine, which is equipped with a tub body in which a washing tub 2 and a dewatering tank are arranged side by side by integral molding;
A panel section consisting of a panel stand 3 and a panel 4 is installed at the rear part of the upper surface. Reference numeral 5 denotes a concave groove formed continuously from the top of the side surface to the center of the bottom surface in the rear corner of the washing tub 2. The bottom opening of the concave groove 5 is closed by a cover 6, and the side opening is closed by an overflow filter 7. Obstruction. The overflow filter 7 is removably attached to the inner surface of the washing tub 2 so as to close the side opening of the groove 6, and has a slit-shaped guide hole 8 extending vertically in the center of the front surface. A large number of water holes 9 are formed on both sides of the hole 8. Also, a plurality of holes are bored in the lower end of the overflow filter 7,
These holes form a lower water supply port 10.

11 is the guide hole 8 of the overflow filter 7
A water level adjustment lever 12 is installed in a vertically slidable manner to maintain an arbitrary position when not operated, and 12 is an overflow located in the concave groove 6, whose lower end is connected to the external drainage channel side and whose upper end is fitted into the water level adjustment lever 11. It is a tube that is connected to a bellows-shaped telescopic hose. The water level adjustment lever 11 has its knob 11a located in front of the overflow filter 7, and the knob 11a is located in front of the overflow filter 7.
By moving up and down with a, the overflow pipe 12 is expanded and contracted, and the opening position of its upper end is changed. Therefore, excess water in the washing tub 2 passes through the overflow filter 7 and overflows from the overflow pipe 12 to the outside, and the water level in the washing tub 2 is maintained at the set water level. 13 is a substantially L-shaped lower water supply pipe attached to the back side of the overflow filter 7 with a screw 14, the upper end of which is expanded to form a socket 15 that opens near the upper end of the overflow filter 7; On the other hand, the lower end portion has an open front surface and is in communication with the lower water supply port 10.

16 is a water supply joint provided on the panel 4, to which a water supply hose (not shown) is connected. Reference numeral 17 denotes a washing side water supply channel provided on the lower side of the panel stand 3. An upper water supply port 18 is formed at one end of the water supply channel 17, and this water supply port 18 is opened above the washing tub 2. Reference numeral 19 indicates a dewatering side water supply channel provided on the lower side of the panel stand 3, 20 indicates a flexible switching hose whose one end is connected to the water supply joint 16, and 21 indicates a connection between the free end of the switching hose 20 and the washing side supply channel 17 and the dewatering side. The water supply switching lever 22 is a water supply pipe that is selectively positioned opposite to the water supply channel 19, and is a water distribution pipe attached to the panel stand 3, with one end opening at the bottom of the washing side water supply channel 17 and the other end opening into the lower water supply pipe 13. It opens facing 15.

In the above configuration, with the free end of the switching hose 20 now facing the washing side water supply channel 17,
When the water faucet is opened and water is supplied from the water supply hose to the water supply channel 17 via the water supply joint 16 and the switching hose 20, part of the water flows through the water supply channel 17 and is supplied into the washing tub 2 from the upper water supply port 18, and the rest is The water passes through the water distribution pipe 22 and the lower water supply pipe 13 to the lower water supply port 1.
Water is supplied into the washing tub 2 from 0, and in this way, water is supplied to both the upper and lower parts at the same time.

In the present invention, the lower water supply pipe 13 may be housed in a space (groove 5) existing on the back side of the overflow filter 7, or may be attached to the washing tub 2 side. It is also possible to provide a water diversion port on the bottom of the water supply channel 17 and to directly oppose the water inlet 15 of the lower water supply pipe 13 to this water diversion port. In this way, the water distribution pipe 22 can be omitted. In short, in this case, the lower water supply pipe 13
Any configuration may be used as long as it is located in the space on the back side of the overflow filter 7 and can lead water from the water source side to the lower water supply port 10.
