【考案の詳細な説明】 この考案は、カムシヤフトとカムジヤーナルと
を冷間拡管方法により組付ける際に使用するカム
シヤフトの成形用固定治具に関するものである。

させた後、拡管用の部材でカムシヤフトを拡管さ
せてカムを固定させていた。

カム本体とジヤーナルとの組付け作業性を向上さ
せたカムシヤフトの成形用固定治具を提供するも
のである。

うに、カムシヤフト4の一端から拡管用のオス型
部材11を図示しない油圧プレス等を使用して押
し込み、カムシヤフト4を拡管させてカム本体2
の内壁に形成されたセレーシヨン5にカムシヤフ
ト4を食い込ませて固定させる。このような組付
け作業が、所謂カムシヤフト本体の冷間拡管方法
であつて、図示しないジヤーナルもこのような方
法によつて固定する。

のカム本体を同時に製作することが可能となり、
安価に製作出来ると共に、カムプロフイールの研
摩を廃止して生産性の向上を図ることも出来、更
にカムシヤフトとカム本体とジヤーナルとの組付
け作業性を向上させることが出来る効果がある。
