本考案は建築物、住宅、および物置などの出隅
に使用する出隅カバーを装着するのに有用な取付
具に関する。その目的は、低コストで、しかも出
隅カバーを容易に係止でき、その上、出隅カバー
固定に釘等を一切使用することなく、単に弾力を
利用して装着できる取付具を提供することにあ

とからなり、１枚の板材を成形したものである。
この固定部４は、第２図に示すように胴縁Ａ、外
装材Ｂによつて形成された出隅下地に釘Ｃ等によ
り取着具１を固定する部分である。なお、固定片
３の幅Ｗは30〜100mm位であるが、これは両側端
を略Ｌ字状に屈曲した係合片を有する出隅カバー
Ｄとの関係によつて決まるものである。また補強
突起５は、第２図に示すように出隅カバーＤの化
粧面裏面を補強する当て木的機能として作用する
と共に、出隅下地が直角でない場合（θ1と同一で
ない場合）に、固定部４にかかる応力荷重を吸収
する部分でもある。このため、固定片３が変形せ
ず、幅Ｗも一定を保ち出隅カバーＤとの係合を確
実に行うことができ、離脱を防止することができ
る。また支持片７は出隅カバーＤの係合片を係止
し、固定する部分であると共に係止用チツプ６を
所定位置に保持するためのものである。また、主
体２の素材としては、表面処理鋼板、ガルフア
ン、アルミニウム板、ステンレス板、鋼板、バネ
板からなり、第１図に示す各部の大きさはＨ＝10
〜100mm、Ｗ＝30〜100mm、h1≧h2＝５〜20mm、h3
＝４〜19mm位である。さらに、係止用チツプ６は
支持片７の裏面に一体的に固着し、出隅カバーＤ
を弾性と摩擦力で係止するものである。その形状
はほぼ台形状の横断面であり、厚さｔは２〜５mm
位、幅△Ｗは５〜20mm位である。なお、△Ｗは支
持片７の幅に対応するものである。また、係止用
チツプ６は弾力性と、ある程度の硬度を有する物
質、例えばポリウレタン樹脂、ポリエチレン、合
成ゴム、シール材等の１種からなる。さらに説明
を加えると係止用チツプ６は出隅カバーＤを弾力
性と摩擦で係止、固定すると共に、直接出隅カバ
ーＤと取付具１の主体２が接触するのを防止する
ためのものである。すなわち、主体２と出隅カバ
ーＤが接触し、電食作用により主体２、および出
隅カバーＤが腐食するのを防止することができ
る。このため、取付具１対して出隅カバーＤの素
