Traditionally, wooden sills have been used as the lower frame for interior fittings used for doorways and windows in Japanese-style rooms, but wooden sills are made of one or more strips that guide the fittings around horizontal timbers of a predetermined size. Since it has grooves and ridges, or one or more running rails for fittings are attached to the upper surface of the horizontal timbers, the space between the centers of the grooves or the center of the running rail for fittings is The dimensions between the cores were constant, and it was not possible to change the width to the desired dimension, so there were differences in the size of Japanese-style fittings, such as those for Kanto and Kansai.
If the width of the side part of the fittings that fits into the horizontal stile is different, or if the dimensions of the stile of the fittings are different, the width of the side part can be adjusted by planeing the Japanese-style fittings at the construction site. Or, because the fittings are made with a stile size that fits between the cores of the running rail for the fittings, it is very time-consuming to install the fittings, and it is also necessary to prepare several types of fittings with different stile sizes, so it is difficult to fit between the fittings. 〓Skilled joiners were required to carry out smooth and light construction without any wobbling or wobbling. In addition, recently, a flat metal lower frame with multiple running rails for fittings protruding from the top surface has been developed and used, but this type of frame allows the width between the cores of the running rails for fittings to be varied as desired. Therefore, it was necessary to manufacture and prepare many types with different core widths, which was extremely inconvenient in terms of manufacturing and construction.

One embodiment of the metal lower frame for indoor fittings according to the present invention is constructed as described above, so based on this embodiment, Japanese-style fittings 19 and 20 can be constructed using this metal lower frame. When constructing the building so that it can slide freely into an entrance or exit of a room, first, both flat plate half-frame members 4,
5 are arranged, and the locking protrusions 10 of the connecting pieces 7 protruding in the direction between the opposing surfaces formed on one flat plate half-frame material 4, that is, in the direction between the running rails for fittings, are connected to the other flat plate half-frame material 5. Select and engage the plurality of engagement grooves 11 provided in the small connecting piece 9 in such a way as to maintain the distance between the fitting running rails 2 and 3 that correspond to the frame dimensions of the fittings 2 and 3 to be erected, Main body 1 that connects both flat plate half-frame members 4 and 5
After forming this main body 1, attach it to the horizontal timber 17 on the building side.
Place both flat plate half-frame materials 4 and 5 on the top surface of horizontal timber 1.
The metal upper frame 18 is integrally fixed with screws 16, 16 to the upper horizontal timber 30,
After attaching it to the main body 1, the main body 1, the metal upper frame 18, and the pillars 31, 3 of the doorway etc.
2 to form a building frame for the fittings 19 and 20, the fittings 1 are inserted between the main body 1 and the metal upper frame 18.
9 and 20 are fitted to allow the door roller (not shown) to be rotatably supported on the fitting running rails 2 and 3 of the main body 1.

In addition, when using the main body 1 formed by connecting both the flat plate half frames 4 and 5 via the connecting member 12 between the flat plate half frames 4 and 5, both the flat plate half frames 4 and 5 are connected as described above. The members 4 and 5 are arranged with a gap between them, and the connecting member 12 is made to correspond to the outer part between them.
4 and 14 to the engagement groove 11' formed on the connecting piece 7 of both flat plate half-frame members 4 and 5, or to the locking protrusion 10', and engage them to fit the fittings 19 and 20. After forming the main body 1 which is variably adjusted to obtain the ideal center-to-center width of the running rails 2 and 3, this main body 1 is used by integrally fixing it to the horizontal timber 17 with screws 16, 16.

As mentioned above, the metal lower frame for indoor fittings according to the present invention is composed of a flat body with at least two running rails for fittings protruding from the upper surface, and the main body is used for horizontal timbers such as entrances and exits of rooms. A flat plate half-frame member fixed to the upper surface and separated left and right between the fitting running rails is formed by vertically opposing connecting pieces formed on the opposite sides thereof, either directly or via a connecting member, and further comprising: A plurality of engaging grooves are provided on one opposing surface of the connecting piece or connecting member of the flat plate half-frame material, and a locking protrusion that engages with any of the above-mentioned engaging grooves is provided on the other opposing surface in the longitudinal direction. Because it is characterized by being formed continuously, it is different from the commonly used wooden horizontal timbers with fitting running rails attached to them, or the metal lower frame with fitting running rails protruding from them. The width between the cores of the running rail for the fittings, which supports the fittings and guides the rolling of the door roller, can be changed as desired. Even if there is a difference in the frame dimensions of the fittings, you can easily adjust the width between the cores of the running rail for the fittings to prevent rattling, and to fit the fittings without gaps between the fittings. No skill is required for installation adjustment,
Furthermore, since there is no need to manufacture or prepare many types of running rails for fittings with different core widths, the present invention exhibits a unique effect that is extremely convenient in manufacturing and construction.
