However, this type of panel has the disadvantage that if nails, bolts, etc. are used to fix it to the frame, and if it is fixed from above, it cannot follow the deformation of the frame due to earthquakes, etc., and it may break. Furthermore, when the surface material of these panels is metal, they are unable to follow the expansion and contraction caused by heat, resulting in deformation of the decorative surface and a significant deterioration in design. Furthermore, there has not been a panel that has a structure in which the panel is fixed from the front side of the front material and the back material is also fixed so that the fixing tools are not exposed to the outside. In addition, the edges of this type of panel in the width direction, the so-called end surfaces, are in a state of uncut edges, and if caulking material is planted in the vertical joints between the panel edges that are formed when the panels are horizontally stretched, The caulking material and the panel are only bonded to the edges of the surface material in a minute area, and the bonding to the synthetic resin foam hardly contributes to the strength. As a result, the adhesion between the caulking material and the panel is easily damaged by external forces or weather-resistant deterioration, and the filling process requires skill and requires a long period of time to achieve a beautiful appearance. was there. Furthermore, this type of panel had the disadvantage of poor fire resistance.

The panel according to the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a representative example of the above-mentioned panel A, which has a sandwich structure consisting of a top surface material, a back surface layer, and a core material 23. The upper and lower surfaces are made of thin metal sheets, such as AI! , Fe5Cu, stainless steel, aluminum/zinc alloy plated steel sheet, colored steel sheet, enameled steel sheet, fluororesin coated steel sheet, clad steel sheet, sandwich steel sheet, etc., formed by press molding, extrusion molding, roll forming, etc. To explain in more detail, on the surface material, as shown in Fig. 2, a gutter-like part 1a is formed from a horizontally long decorative surface part I, a male type connecting part Y, and a female type connecting part. The decorative surface 2a, the side wall 3.4 in which the longitudinal edge of the decorative surface 2a is bent inward at an arbitrary angle, the joint base 5 with the lower edge of the side wall 3 protruding outward, and the decorative surface portion I a hanging piece 6a whose side edge in the width direction is bent inward;
It is formed from an end wall 6 formed in an abbreviated shape from the tip of a hanging piece 6a and a protruding piece 6b bent outward. The male type connecting part has an upper edge 9 that protrudes further outward from the tip of the joint base 5, and an insertion edge 8 consisting of a lower edge 10 that bends the tip of the upper edge 9 inward in a substantially U-shape. , a concave fixing groove 11 formed on the upper edge 9 of the insertion edge 8, a reinforcing piece 12 with the tip of the lower edge 10 bent inward into an L-shape, and the lower edge 10. Back side material reception, core material 23
The engagement groove 13 is formed by the engagement groove 13. This insertion edge 8 is a part that is inserted into a fitting groove 17 of a female type connecting part (3) to be described later and is fixed to the frame, and a fixing tool such as a nail is driven into the fixing groove 11 to attach the panel A to the frame. This is the part that functions as a fixing part. Further, the concave fixing groove 11 forms a gap in the joint between the panels A when the panels A are connected, and is also useful for preventing capillary phenomenon and strengthening waterproofness. Furthermore, the reinforcing piece 12 is used to reinforce the male connecting part 1 side on the surface material, and when fixing the panel A to the frame α, as shown in FIG. 6(a), the fixing groove 1
When a fixing device β such as a nail is driven into the reinforcing piece 12, the reinforcing piece 12 is also fixed by the fixing device β, and when the insertion edge 8 is inserted into the fitting groove 17, the insertion edge 8 is pressed by the lower surface 16 and deformed. This helps to prevent this from happening and securely fix it. Further, as shown in FIG. 4, which is an enlarged cross-sectional view taken along the line E in FIG. Yes, as shown in Fig. 5, when back-up material C and caulking material are planted at the joints created when panel A is formed horizontally on frame α, caulking material is planted. The purpose is to provide a joint B that is easy to use, beautiful, and quick, and that has significantly improved adhesive strength and enhanced durability and weather resistance. The female connecting portion (■) has an upper surface 15 that is formed by bending the lower edge of the side wall 4 inward, and a lower surface 16 that is formed by bending the tip of the upper surface 15 outward.
A fitting groove 17 formed from the upper surface 15 and the lower surface 16 and having a substantially U-shaped cross section, and a reinforcing piece 18 whose tip of the lower surface 16 projects inward.
and an engaging edge 19 consisting of a lower surface 16, a separate back surface, and a core material 23.
It is more than that. This fitting groove 17 is a part that is engaged with the insertion edge 8 of the male connecting part work and fixes the panel A to the frame body α. The steps 2b and 2c formed on the decorative surface 2a are for making the decorative joints step-like and clarifying the horizontal joints. As shown in FIG. 3, the back side separation is formed by forming a gutter-like part 20a from rising pieces 21 and 22 that protrude upward from both ends of a long plate, and covering the back side of the core material 23. Panel A is a sandwich structure, panel A
In addition to improving its own mechanical strength, it serves as a noncombustible material, waterproof material, heat shielding material, soundproofing material, backing material, etc., and its material may be the same material as the surface material mentioned above, or asbestos. [Effects of the Invention] As explained above, according to the panel according to the present invention, ■The panel is fixed to the building structure by fixing the double portion of one edge of the surface material, so that the panel can be securely fixed to the building structure. Therefore, it will not peel off. ■Large panels can be securely fixed to the building frame without exposing nails, bolts, etc. to the outside. ■Since an L-shaped bent end wall is formed on the side edge of the panel surface material in the width direction, caulking at the vertical joints formed when the panel is attached to the frame is accurate and easy. This improves adhesive strength and prevents the caulking material from being damaged by external forces or weather-related deterioration.
