An example of a floor heating mat having the latter structure is shown in FIG. In other words, stove b uses water stored in tank a as a heating source.
The waste heat is used to heat the water to make it hot.
This hot water is then pressure-fed by a pump P, distributed to, for example, two water pipes f and f arranged in parallel inside the water-conducting main pipe c, the header body d, and the mat e, and then sequentially sent to this water pipe. After heat is radiated through the two water pipes f and f, the cooled hot water is returned to the tank a through the drain pipe g, and is circulated by being sent to the header body d again, thereby providing warmth.

However, in the conventional hot water heating mat having such a structure, the two water pipes f, f are disposed in the same direction, facing each other in the mat e, so the water pipes f,
The hot water flowing in f is on the outlet side f 2 , rather than the inlet side f 1 , f 1
The temperature of f 2 becomes lower. Therefore, there was a drawback that the heat radiation temperature from the pine e was uneven, and the temperature distribution of the pine e was not uniform.

The present invention was developed in view of the above-mentioned points, and its purpose is to reverse the forward and return paths of adjacent flow paths among the plurality of hot water flow paths flowing inside the mat. To provide a header of a pine for hot water heating, which allows even distribution of heat radiation by hot water from the pine.

One embodiment of the present invention has the above-mentioned configuration, and includes a water conductor child pipe 4a 2 branched from the water guide main pipe 4 downstream (later stage) of the water guide main pipe 4, and a drainage main pipe 5.
The drainage subsidiary pipes 5a 2 branched from the drainage subsidiary pipes 5a 1 in the upstream (previous stage) of the header body 1 are approximately half a circle around the outer peripheral surface of the water divider body 3 inserted into the hole 2 of the header body 1. The pipes are connected to the spiral water guide passages 3a and 3b, which are formed so as not to intersect three-dimensionally. The first water conductor tube 4a 1 and the second water conductor tube 4a 2 , and the first drainage tube 5a 1 whose temperature has further decreased due to heat radiation.
As shown in FIG .
mouth part 4a' 1 of the second drain tube 5a2, mouth part 5a' 2 of the second drain tube 5a2 ,
The opening 4a ' 2 of the second water conductor tube 4a 2 and the opening 5a ' 1 of the first drainage tube 5a 1 can be arranged in this order.

At this time, a recess 7 is formed on the rear surface of the water divider body 3, and a protrusion 8 as a mark is formed on the wall surface around the hole 2 of the header body 1, so that the first and second water guides Drainage tubes 4a 1 , 4a 2 and drainage tubes 5a 1 , 5
The water divider body 3 is inserted into the hole 2 of the header body 1 so that the openings 4a' 2 , 5a' 1 , 5a' 2 are aligned with the openings 4a' 2 , 5a' 1 , 5a' 2
It can be positioned and inserted at a predetermined position within the body.

Therefore, these mouth parts 4a' 1 , 5a' 2 , 4a' 2 , 5
Adjacent outbound route A and return route B as a flow path for hot water sent by a plurality of, for example, two rows of water supply pipes 6, 6 with inlet sides 6a, 6a and outlet sides 6b, 6b connected to a′ 1. are arranged in opposite directions within the pine e. For this reason, as shown in Fig. 1, the outgoing path A and the incoming path B of hot water sent through two rows of water pipes f and f arranged inside the mat e are different from the conventional header in which the outgoing path A and the returning path B are arranged in the same direction. The difference is that there is a stove B inside Matsutto e.
This is because hot water from the inlets 6a, 6a, which has a high temperature and is sent by the main pipe 4, and hot water from the outlets 6b, 6b, whose temperature has decreased due to heat radiation, interact with each other. The heat radiation from the pine e has an evenly averaged distribution.

In the above embodiment, the sub-tubes branched from the water-conducting main pipe 4 are the sub-tubes 4a 1 and 4a 2 .
There are also two drainage subsidiary pipes 5a 1 and two drainage subsidiary pipes 5a 2 which are branched on the upstream side (front stage) of the drainage main pipe 5, but there may be more than two. In this case, the number of water guide passages formed on the outer circumferential surface of the water divider body 3 must correspond to the number of water guide tubes and drain tubes to be connected. In addition, in the above embodiment, the water guide passages 3a, 3b, 3 to form the flow passages are

As mentioned above, the present invention connects some of the plurality of water conduction slave pipes and drainage slave pipes branched from the water conduction main pipe and drainage main pipe connected to the header body to the water supply pipe inside the mat. In addition, a water guide passage as a flow path is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the water divider body, which is inserted into the header body so as to cut at least one of the water guide tube and the drain tube so as not to intersect with each other three-dimensionally. Since the water pipes are connected to at least one of the water conduction sub-tubes and the drainage sub-tubes, the forward and return routes of the plurality of water pipes disposed within the mat are in opposite directions. Therefore, the heat radiation distribution of hot water from the pine can be evened out evenly.
