(Prior art) Printed matter with a three-dimensional effect is produced by providing a pattern on the surface of a metal foil such as aluminum foil or a vapor deposited layer laminated on the surface of a base material such as paper, and printing a plurality of strips in different directions in synchronization with the pattern. Conventionally, it has been known to have unevenness by embossing a combination of striped patterns.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention aims to solve the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art, and it is an object of the present invention to print a pattern and at the same time print a plurality of striped patterns with different striped directions in accordance with the pattern. The combined plates are used to swell the transparent resin and print to produce glossy printed matter with a three-dimensional effect.

As shown in FIG. 2, the pattern 2 that gives a glossy three-dimensional effect is a collection of a plurality of striped patterns made up of a plurality of parallel multi-patterns 3, and is composed of stripes of adjacent striped patterns. combined in different directions.

Pattern 2, which gives a three-dimensional luster, has a solid content of 50
% or more of a condition modifier. This is because the striped pattern 3 must be formed of very fine raised parts, and in order to adhere the resin in a fine uneven pattern and to prevent the resin from leveling, the resin must be solidified. 50% or more, organic bentonite,
A condition modifier such as a polyethylene oxide activator is added.

In addition, speeding up the drying of the resin is also effective in suppressing leveling, and specifically, it is effective to use acetone, other ketone solvents, or alcohol solvents such as methanol.

As the transparent resin, a glossy, high-viscosity resin such as an alkyd melamine resin, a polyamide epoxy resin, a melamine epoxy resin, or a thermosetting acrylic resin is used. As the base material, good results can be obtained by using a metal foil such as aluminum bonded to paper or the like, or a transparent plastic film such as polyethylene, polypropylene, polyethylene terephthalate, etc., with metal vapor-deposited on the front or back surface.

Also, instead of laminating metal foil or forming a vapor deposited layer,
It is also possible to use an ink mixed with metal powder or mineral powder such as aluminum powder or mica powder to form a solid printing layer. Further, if necessary, any pattern may be formed using normal ink.

Also, the depth of the plate when printing transparent resin is
30μ to 60μ, the appropriate number of multiple parallel stripes per inch is 100 to 200. If there are more than that, the adjacent multi-patterns will overlap, and if there are fewer, it will express a three-dimensional effect. Can not do it.

(Function) By using a resin that has a high solids content and is blended with a condition modifier, it is possible to form sharp fine striped patterns, thereby achieving a perfect three-dimensional effect with a unique gloss change. I can express it.

(Example) Aluminum was vacuum-deposited on the surface of a polyester film having a thickness of 25 μm, and then a pattern was formed on the surface of the film opposite to the vapor-deposited surface using ink that adhered well to the polyester film.

Next, in synchronization with the pattern, using alkyd melamine (acid curing type) ink (solid content 60%), a printing plate with a depth of 45 μm and a line count of 100 was used to perform raised printing at 150°C. After drying for 30 seconds, a printed matter with a three-dimensional effect was obtained.
