心軸より偏心して突起12が配設される。すなわ
ちフランジ部10の側面から調整ネジを螺着して
孔部11内へ突出させるものである。またフラン
ジ部10には外周へ開口し孔部11へ通じる扇状
の切欠部13が形成されている。また、孔部11
内には回転自在に、かつ軸方向に摺動自在にして
押圧ピン14が嵌め込まれる。この押圧ピン14
は後端面に傾斜面15が形成されており、前端は
フランジ部10よりノブ6との間の隙間へ突出し
ている。そして、フランジ部10には板バネ16
が配設され、該板バネ16は押圧ピン14を突起
12に向け押圧し、押圧ピン14の傾斜面15と
