〔産業上の利用分野〕
本考案は電線付端子のハウジングからの抜け防

子(図示せず)の電気接触部後端に係止させると
共に、ハウジング係止部eをハウジングaの後壁
に設けた突起gに係止させることにより電線付端
子のハウジングaからの後方抜け防止をはかるも
のである。

した電線7を挿通し、皮剥きして露出された電線
導体8を用意された端子Bの導体加締部9に位置
させ、更に導体8に続く絶縁被覆部をキヤツプA
の電線挿通用筒体1の端子加締部1aに位置させ
ると共に、この端子加締部1aを端子Bの絶縁被
覆加締部10に位置させる。次いで、加締装置を
用いて導体加締部9及び絶縁被覆加締部10を同
時に加締めることにより、電線7は絶縁被覆加締
部10によつてキヤツプAの筒体端子加締部1a
と同時に端子Bに圧着固定される。なお、11は
端子Bの電気接触部である。

のハウジングからの抜け防止をはかることができ
るから、作業効率が従来の手段に比し大幅に向上
する。又、端子がハウジングの係止用ランスに係
止するまで端子を挿入しないとキヤツプがハウジ
ングの後端面より出ているため、目視により係止
完了の有無の確認が容易になし得、又、キヤツプ
に着色を施せばその確認はさらに容易となる。

電線挿通用筒体の中間部外周にテーパー部を前方
に向けて形成した係止リング又は係止突起を挿着
させ、該係止リング又は係止突起をハウジング後
端部内壁に設けた係止部に係止させるようにした
