PRIOR ART A similar type of switch is known from DE-OS 2621864. In the case of the known switch, the connecting bridge is made of a spring plate and consists of a flat strip.
Since a force is exerted on the actuating body rotatably supported therein to cause it to move away from the floor plate, this force must be absorbed by the case upper member.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention As a result, the work of attaching the upper case member to the lower case member or the case floor plate must be relatively expensive. It is therefore an object of the invention to make a switch of the type mentioned at the outset as simple and easy to assemble as possible, while still ensuring that from the connecting bridge to any position on the actuating body, a force directed opposite to the floor plate is applied to the actuating body. The purpose of this is to configure the system so that it does not add to it at all. According to the present invention, this object is solved as follows.
That is, a flat strip of material is arranged in the switch case with its flat side surface perpendicular to the direction of extension of the case floor plate, the first end of which lies against the connecting line between the two fixed contacts. The support wall of the case, which is provided diagonally in accordance with the diagonal direction, is tightened by a lug between the first of the two fixed contacts, and the bias force generated by the lug causes the other one to a second end of which is elastically supported by a second fixed contact of both fixed contacts, and the actuating body is a contact slider provided in the case parallel to a line connecting both fixed contacts. That's true.

A special effect of this switch configuration is that the biasing force of the connecting bridge (flat plate strip), which is pushed towards the second fixed contact, is reduced by the angle that the supporting wall forms with the connecting line when assembling the switch. The advantage is that it is automatically regulated, so that a constant contact pressure is always guaranteed in any switching case.

According to an embodiment, the strip is curved in a central region towards the free end of the first end in an approximately trapezoidal manner, and the contact slide has a plate-shaped projection in the direction of the floor plate, which projection is arranged in the on position of the switch. It rushes into the curved part of the central region,
and, at its end facing towards the second fixed contact, has a protrusion oriented transversely to the connecting line, which acts on the oblique part of the central strip area and in front of the second fixed contact. A locking engagement is obtained behind the bend in the strip.

From the above, in the ON position of the switch, the contact slider is firmly held by the trapezoidal bulge in this position without using any other auxiliary means, while in the ON position of the switch, the contact slider protrudes towards the second fixed contact behind the bend of the flat strip (connecting bridge) so that the contact slider is held firmly in this position and the flat strip (connecting bridge) is removed from its second fixed contact. You can see that it is held firmly in the fixed position. Furthermore, according to a further embodiment of the invention, the contact slider is located on an elevated platform opposite the floorboard on the one hand;
On the other hand, it is supported with its projection on the cover plate of the case. By supporting the contact slider via its protrusion on a platform that is higher than the rest of the floorboard, the protrusion
Despite its slender configuration, it has relatively great shape stability. This is because it is dimensioned relatively short in the direction of the floorboard.

This switch configuration is advantageous because it allows the counter-contact slide to be mounted on the cover plate in such a way that no force is applied into the housing. That is, it is sufficient if the cover plate is provided with plastically deformable ribs at the edge. By pushing the cover plate between the side walls of the casing forming the stop for the contact slide,
The rib configuration allows the cover plate to be fixed sufficiently firmly to the switch casing.

The following can be seen from each drawing. That is, the switch case has a bottom plate 1, and this bottom plate 1
Side walls 2, 3 integrally connected to the base plate 1 project from the base plate at right angles to the base plate. At that time, the side walls 2 and 3 form a substantially elongated rectangular parallelepiped hollow space or cavity 28 together with the bottom plate 1, and into this hollow space enters the bottom plate 1, and the pin 4 fixed in the bottom plate enters. There is. These pins are each assigned to the narrow side 29 of the hollow space 28 and, together with their ends projecting parallel into the side walls 2, 3 into the hollow space (or cavity) 28, form the fixed contacts 6a, 6b of the switch, respectively. are doing. On the outer surface of the bottom plate 1,
The pin 4 is not shown, but forms a connecting element which can be inserted into a reference locking hole in a printed circuit board. In order to electrically connect the two stationary contacts 6a, 6b to one another, a connecting bridge 7 made of a spring plate strip and consisting of a flat plate strip is provided. bridge strip 7
is the first contact 6a of both fixed contacts 6a and 6b.
It is constantly electrically connected. This means that
It is done as follows, namely its flat side 9
A strip 7 arranged in the case cavity 28 at right angles to the direction of extension of the bottom plate 1 is provided with a window obliquely in the direction of extension of the strip 7 in the region of the first end 8a belonging to the first fixed contact 68. 11 and has a lug 12 bent out from the strip 7, the free end of which, together with the lug 12 separated from the bottom plate 1, comes into elastic contact with the first fixed contact 6a. It is done.

The elastic abutment of the lug 12 on the first fixed contact 6a is such that the strip 7 with its first end 8a and its side facing away from the first fixed contact 6a, due to the spring action of the lug 12, presses against the floorboard. This is done by being pressed against the support wall 10, which is composed of an actuating body 30 that is integrally connected to the actuator 1 and protrudes into the cavity 28. Furthermore, the lug 12 can be fixed to the stationary contact by a welded bond, for example created by a laser. The support wall 10 extends perpendicularly to the floorboard 1 and obliquely to the connecting line 26 between the fixed contacts 6a, 6b. As a result, the first end 8a of the strip 7
Similarly, it runs diagonally with respect to the connection line 26. For this reason, when mounting the strip 7, this strip has its second end 8b, which belongs to the other second fixed contact 6b, located behind this fixed contact 6b.
The first end 8a must be bent back to the same side as it is with respect to the first fixed contact 6a. Therefore, the strip 7 has a biasing force due to its first end 8a being located obliquely to the connecting line, which biasing force causes the strip 7 to connect to its second end 8b. It comes into contact with the second fixed contact 6b. In order to facilitate mounting of the strip 7 between the supporting wall 10 and the first fixed contact 6a, the actuating body 30, which forms the supporting wall 10 with its side facing the first fixed contact 6a, has an inclined portion 31.
It is equipped with Furthermore, the actuating body 30 and the first end 8a of the strip 7 project from the first fixed contact 6a, which has a width approximately the width of the edge 13, which edge is connected to the strip at the first end 8a of the strip 7. A window 11 is formed on the upper side of the piece, thus on the side remote from the floorboard 1. This peripheral part 1
A recessed notch 14 is provided in the actuating body 30 in the region 3, and the first end 8a is connected to the support wall 10 and the first fixed contact 6.
The edges should be able to be grasped unobstructed by the installation tool when fitting between a.

In the on position of the switch, the protrusion 16 is located in the region of the curved portion 32 without any force applied thereto. The contact slider 17 is provided parallel to the connection line 26 through the side wall 3 extending parallel to the connection line 26 . In contrast, the side wall 2 running transversely forms the end stop of the contact slide 17. When the contact slider is moved in the direction of the second fixed contact 6b, the projection 16 is inserted into the path of extension of the strip 7 with a cap-like projection 18 projecting from the projection 16 transversely to the operating direction of the contact slider. The curved portion 32 abuts against the oblique portion of the strip 7 formed on the side of the second fixed contact 6b. The second end 8b of the strip 7 is then pulled away from the second stationary contact and the electrical connection between the first and second stationary contacts is interrupted. Central region 15 and second end 8
The bend 20 provided in the extension path of the strip 7 between the protrusion 1 and b is designed as follows:
With 8 the projection 16 locks behind the bend 20 on the side of the second fixed contact 6b, so that the contact slider 17 is held in the off position of the switch by the side wall 20 on the one hand and by the bend on the other hand. It is designed to be firmly held by a protrusion supported by 20. To turn on the switch, the contact slider only needs to be moved briefly in the direction of the first fixed contact 6b. This is because as soon as the projection 18 overcomes the bend 20, the contact slide 17 is automatically returned again by the diagonal part 19 of the strip 7 to its other end position, which belongs to the OFF position of the switch. be. The projection 16 abuts one of the side walls 3 of the case on the side remote from the strip 7, so that the force acting on the projection 16 from the strip 7 is received by this wall. The substantially block-shaped contact slide 17 faces towards the floorboard and rests on a platform via a projection 16, which platform has a higher horizontal surface than the rest of the floorboard 1, so that the projection 1
The length of the protrusion 16 can be limited to a size that ensures sufficient stability of the protrusion 16 in the direction of the floor plate 1.

The diagonal portion 19 and the second end 8b of the strip 7 can be pivoted into the area of the platform 21, and at the same time the first fixed contact 6a of the strip 7. The strip is dimensioned to be fairly wide in the region of the first end 8a and relatively narrow in the region of the second end 8b, in order to allow stable positioning of the strip 7 against the floor plate 1. The upper edge of the deviated strip 7 runs approximately parallel to the floorboard 1, but the edge of the strip 7 facing towards the floorboard 1 is connected to the diagonal portion 19 and the first end 8a of the strip 7. In between, there is provided a transition part 33 diagonally upward from the floorboard 1.

The actuating cam 24 of the contact slide 17 projects the cover plate 22 through the guide slot so that it is flush with the free end of the side wall 2. The cover plate 22 forms, on the side facing away from the floor plate 1, a conical recess 34 which surrounds the actuating cam 24 on at least three sides and allows it to be gripped securely by the actuating tool. Operation panel 22
is equipped with plastically deformable ribs on its edges,
This rib flexes between the side walls 2 when the operating plate 22 is pressurized, so that it holds the cover plate 22 firmly in the installed state. The cover plate 22 then rests on the guide side wall 3 which extends parallel to the connecting line 26. As shown in FIG. 3, the switch is mounted according to the dual-in-line circuit packaging method, and is a component of the switch device in which the receptacles 5 are arranged in two rows parallel to each other and project from the case into the lead space of the hole in the printed circuit board. It is most appropriate to Each switch can operate independently of the other switches in the switch system.

Since the side walls 2 and 3 of the case are integrated with the floor plate 1, and the pin 4 can be fixed in the floor plate 1 airtightly and watertightly by soldering, no harmful substances can enter the switch unless it passes through the guide slit 23. I can't. However, by designing the actuating cam 24 to be flush with the side wall 2 and the end side wall 3 of the switch array, the upper side of the switch, or a switch device consisting of a number of such switches, can be
common cover plate 22, floor plate 1 and side wall 2,
3 and the printed circuit board connected to the switch can be sealed with an adhesive foil 25 which is pulled out only after the switch case and the printed circuit board connected to the switch have been completely adjusted. During operation of the switch, it is sufficient that the guide slot is sealed by the square contact slider 7 at any position of the contact slider.
