なされていて、その上下面に第5図に示す如く段
部16が形成されて扁平筒状になされている。こ
の扁平筒状のハンドルポール15の上端部中央に
は、上下面を貫通せる円形の穴17が形成されて
いる。そしてこの穴17の内周面及び周囲上下面
にブツシユ18が介在されて第4図に示す如く外
周側に握り部19が形成された環状中空のハンド
ル20が嵌着されて回転可能に支持されている。
前記ブツシユ18は、第5図に示す如く上下に水
平に2分割されていて、夫々穴17に上下両側よ
り嵌着され、また環状中空のハンドル20も上下
に水平に2分割されていて、夫々穴17に上下両
側より嵌着した円形の凹部21の底が相互に当接
されて、ボルト22、ナツト23にて締結されて
いる。このハンドル20の外周側の握り部19も
上下に水平に2分割されていて、スペーサー24
を介在してボルト22、ナツト23にて締結され
