If a stopper known from Japanese Patent No. 125066, which is formed into a bellows structure with small ventilation holes to obtain an air damper effect, is used as the stopper,
When the plunger moves forward after the stopper is compressed by the retreat of the plunger, air can only gradually enter the stopper with the bellows structure through the small ventilation holes mentioned above, and it takes a long time for the stopper to recover. . For this reason, when the plunger repeatedly operates at high speed, the retreated plunger collides with the stopper before the stopper is restored, resulting in a problem that the above-mentioned buffer stop cannot be achieved. In order to solve this problem, if the vent hole is made larger, the air inside the stopper will quickly escape through the large vent hole when the plunger retreats, and the function of buffering and stopping the plunger's retreat will disappear. There is a problem with this.

However, if the hollow portion is made larger, there will be problems such as there will be no space for the push pin and the housing will become larger.

In addition, it is possible to prevent the plunger from flapping, and even when the plunger moves repeatedly at high speed, the stopper can be quickly restored, which absorbs the impact and prevents flapping when the plunger retreats next time. It is an object of the present invention to provide a solenoid for an electromagnetic valve which has a structure in which this can be achieved and the push pin can be easily disposed.

In the valve device 1, a valve body 3 has a port serving as a fluid flow path. 4 is a spool that can move forward and backward in the direction of the arrow. Reference numeral 5 is connected to the spool 4 by a valve pin for transmitting external force to the spool 4. Next, in the solenoid 2, 6 is a bottom cover, and 7 is a gasket, which is made of a ring-shaped elastic material such as rubber. Reference numeral 8 denotes a cushion made of an elastic material such as rubber, which is used to buffer and push up and fix the frame 10, which will be described later. 9 is a housing made of a non-magnetic material with good thermal conductivity such as aluminum. A fixed iron core 10 is mainly made of silicon steel plate. 10a indicates the suction surface of the fixed core 10. 11 is a coil. 12
is a plunger guide. Reference numeral 13 denotes a stopper having a hollow portion 13b constituting an air chamber, which is manufactured using an elastic material such as rubber, and has a bellows structure portion 13a as shown in FIG. 13c is a bonded portion, and 13d is a plunger contact surface. 13e is the plunger contact surface 13d (the part surrounded by the two-dot chain line 13g)
The part of the ventilation hole that the plunger begins to hit is blocked by the plunger and becomes sealed, and as the internal pressure increases, air leaks from this ventilation hole to the outside, causing the effects described later. It is becoming possible to obtain This effect of the hole can also be made possible by forming an uneven portion on the opposing surface of the adhesive portion 13c so that an air leakage gap can be formed on the opposing surface. 14 is a plunger, as is well known, and is manufactured by laminating a plurality of silicon steel plates with their mating surfaces parallel to the direction of advancement and retreat of the plunger, and integrating them with rivets, so that the plunger can move forward and backward in the direction of the arrow. し説明は省略する。 Next, before explaining the actual operation of the plungers 14, 14' in the solenoids 2, 2' shown in FIG. 1 using FIG. 5, it will be noted that only the structure of the stopper is different from that in FIG. 1. configuration, i.e. the third
The operation of the plunger when the conventional stopper 16 shown in the figure is used will be explained with reference to FIG. In FIG. 4, the horizontal axis is time and the vertical axis is a graph of displacement, which shows a partial state during continuous switching operation. Here, A and B indicate the respective operations of two opposing solenoids. A is the point when the coil is energized and the plunger starts moving, and B is the moment when the plunger is attracted to the fixed iron core. C is a point where the plunger, once attracted, is forcibly pushed away by the collision force via the valve pin and spool of the opposing plunger. D
is the point where it is adsorbed again, and at this time a flapping sound is generated. After that, the adsorption state continued, and point E is the point where the current was stopped and the plunger started to return, and point F is the point where it collided with the stopper and rebounded. G is the point where the repulsed plunger collided with the valve pin, H is the point where the opposing coil was energized and collided via the valve pin and spool due to the suction action of the opposing plunger.
Plunger movement is accelerated. I is the point where it collided with the stopper again and rebounded, and J is the point where it collided with the valve pin. At this time, the opposing plungers that were in the suction state are forcibly separated. At K, it collides with the stopper again and rebounds, but it stops at L point.
The above is the operation of one cycle of the plunger on one side, and the operation of the opposite plunger is similar, so the reference numeral is an alphanumeric character with a dash ['] added thereto and the explanation thereof will be omitted.

Put it away. Incidentally, since the operation of the opposing plunger is also similar, the reference numeral is an alphanumeric character with a dash ['] added thereto, and the explanation thereof will be omitted.
As can be seen from the explanations in Figures 4 and 5,
In a conventional solenoid using a stopper, there is a phenomenon in which the solenoid is pulled apart instantaneously after adsorption, that is, it flutters, and the valve pin and stopper move back and forth several times after the plunger returns. In the solenoid using the stopper 13 shown in FIG. 1, it is possible to eliminate not only the fluttering after suction but also the reciprocating movement after the plunger returns.

たので次のような三つの効果がある。 As described above, in the present invention, inside the housing 9,
The valve device 1 is provided with a coil 11 and a plunger 14 for operating the spool, which moves forward and backward depending on whether or not the coil 11 is energized. In a solenoid for an electromagnetic valve in which a push pin 15 for manual forward movement with a plunger 14 is arranged to move forward and backward, an elastic material is provided between the rear end surface of the plunger 14 and the front end surface of the push pin 15. A plunger abutting portion 1d of the stopper 13 formed in the shape of a hollow box is provided, and the rear end opening edge of the stopper 13 is attached to the adhesive portion to the housing 9 while being located around the push pin 15. 13c, and the side wall between the periphery of the plunger contacting part 13d and the adhesive part 13c changes in size as the plunger contacting part 13d advances and retreats in response to the advance and retreat of the plunger 14. The bellows structure 13a is configured to enable the plunger to return to its forward direction, and the plunger abutting portion 13d of the stopper 13 is provided with a vent hole 13 for air inflow communicating with the hollow portion 13b.
Since the solenoid for the electromagnetic valve is configured with a hole e, there are the following three effects.

This has the effect of receiving the plunger 14 in a state where air leaks out only little by little, and absorbing the impact.

る。 As a second point, when the plunger 14 moves forward, the plunger 14 that was blocking the ventilation hole 13e
When the large vent hole 13e is opened as a result of the progress, air can rapidly flow into the air chamber through the large vent hole 13e, and the stopper 13 has the advantage of being able to return to its original state at an extremely high speed using its own elastic force. This means that even when the plunger 14 repeatedly operates at high speed, the air chambers are inflated each time the plunger 14 retreats, which is useful for absorbing the impact and preventing flapping.

When pushing the push pin 15 to the left,
Due to the presence of the bellows structure 13a configured for restoring the plunger contact portion 13d, there is a feature that the plunger contact portion 13d can be easily moved to the left by utilizing its extensibility. This has a volumetric effect that allows the large stopper 13 and the pushing space of the push pin 15 to coexist (coexist in a state in which the same space is used) in the small housing 9. effective.
