合作業が著しく悪なる欠点があつた。 Generally speaking, capacitors are attached to various types of equipment by attaching them to the mounting parts of the various types of equipment via separate mounting feet.
In recent years, with the aim of simplifying installation, a case 2 has been developed in which a holder part made of resin molding is provided with a chucking part 1 consisting of a groove around an opening that matches the holder part (not shown), as shown in Figure 1. The chucking portion 1 of the capacitor 3 is fitted therein. However, in this case, apart from when the case 2 is made of metal, if it is made of resin, it undergoes an indefinite amount of thermal contraction due to the heating action not only during the manufacture of the case 2 itself but also during the capacitor manufacturing process, resulting in large dimensional variations. In some cases, the fixation to the holder (not shown) becomes loose, making it unsuitable for use in, for example, washing machines with large vibrations. For this reason, it may be possible to make it larger by assuming heat shrinkage in advance, but this has the disadvantage that it is difficult to keep the shrinkage rate constant, making it extremely difficult to fit into the holder part (not shown).

る。 An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. That is, as shown in FIG. 2, a resin case 11 is provided around the opening with a chucking collar portion 1 having a diameter larger than that of the case 11 and having a concave cross section with an open upper part.
2 and a fitting groove 13 around the tracking collar 12. For example, a metallized film capacitor element 14 is housed in the resin case 11, and a lead-out terminal 15 is connected to the capacitor element 14. is pulled out from the opening of the resin case 11, and then the cavity of the resin case 11 is filled with a sealing resin 16 to form a capacitor 17.

However, since the chucking collar 12 has a concave cross section with an open top, even if it is made larger, the tip of the chucking collar 12 will bend inward when mating, making it easy to fit without requiring strict dimensional accuracy. At the same time, the chucking collar portion 12, which is bent inward during fitting, returns to its original shape after fitting, and a reliable fixed state can be obtained.

By providing the chucking collar portion having a concave cross-section, it is possible to obtain a capacitor that can improve the workability of fitting into the holder portion and also ensure a secure fixing state.
