上記においてフイルム1の表面にゼリー2を積層
するには、フイルム1上に流動状態のゼリーを所
定の厚さに流し、然る後にフイルム上で冷却固化
すればよい。

ーズ等の軟質食品をフイルムと一体的に巻き込む
ことにより、この考案のロール食品とすることが

く無駄にならないなどの利点がある。
