考案が解決しようとする課題

びを確保しようとするものであるが、この場合に
生ずる一つの問題は、テープの送り量が下送り歯
による送り量よりも多くなつたとき(テープに伸
縮性がある場合も同様であるが)、テープにたる
みが生じて盛り上がり、後部にテープが詰つて縫

ープにたるみが生じるようなことがあつてもテー
プが押え金下に押込められるようになり、テープ
