本考案は、本縫ミシンの全回転かまに関する。 第1図は従来からの全回転かまの平面図であ
り、第2図は第1図示の全回転かまの側面図であ
り、第3図は第1図示の全回転かまに備えられる
内かまの側面図であり、第4図は第3図示の内か
まの背面図である。全回転かま1の外かま2は、
回転走行方向3に沿つて回転される。この外かま
2には内かま4が収納されており、この内かま4
は内かま回り止め部材(図示せず)によつて回転
が阻止されている。 内かま4には凹所5が形成されており、この凹
所5には外かま2の回転走行3の上流側に内かま
回り止め部材の回り止め当接面に当接する当接面
6が形成されている。 この当接面6は第1図の上下に延びる鉛直面7
に対して角度βを有する。この角度βはたとえば
6度〜8度に選ばれる。上糸ループは矢符8で示

られる内かまの側面図である。全回転かま10の
外かま11は、水平軸線を有する回転軸12に止
めねじ13によつて固定されている。外かま11
には、内かま14が収納されている。この内かま
14は内かま回り止め部材15によつて回転が阻
止されている。 内かま14の外端面には凹所16が形成されて
おり、この凹所16には外かま11の回転走行方
向3の上流側に内かま当接面17が形成されてい
る。この内かま当接面17は内かま回り止め部材
15に近づくにつれて第5図の左右に延びる水平
面18から離反する方向に傾斜している。この傾
斜角度αは、たとえば6度〜15度に選ばれる。ま

に対して角度αを有するように傾斜しているの
で、従来の全回転かまにおける間隙よりも大とな
