<Prior Art> This type of glove is made of an outer body into which a hand can be inserted, and a shock-absorbing material built into the outer body in layers, such as a cushion material.

<Problems to be solved by the invention> Since such baseball receiving equipment catches incoming balls at one point, the impact force applied to the palm of the hand is large, and therefore the internal impact absorbing material Unless it is made thicker, it will not be possible to reduce the impact when receiving a ball.

However, if the shock absorbing material is made thicker in this way, the ball receiving action becomes worse and ball catching becomes difficult, so it is difficult to effectively alleviate the impact force when receiving the ball while maintaining good ball receiving action. I had a problem.

<Means for solving the problem> The proposed ball receiving tool has a gel-like material with a penetration rate of about 50 to 200 as a shock absorbing material on the part of the exterior body corresponding to the ball receiving surface, and a thickness of about 1 mm to 5 mm. The structure is made up of multiple layers, and the buffer layer created by this gel-like material attempts to disperse and absorb the impact force of the ball.

ここで示される針入度は、JIS K 2530−1976

The penetration shown here is JIS K 2530-1976

This standard concerns the petroleum asphalt penetration test method, and for samples with a penetration of 350 or less, the test is carried out with a load of 100 g, but in the case of gel-like substances, the test is carried out with a load of 50 g. ing.

<Function> Since the ball-receiving device of the present invention has a buffer layer made of a gel-like substance on its ball-receiving surface, the impact force caused by a flying ball is dispersed and absorbed by the entire buffer layer.

In other words, when a gel-like material with a penetration degree of about 50 to 200 receives an impact force at one point, that part deforms inelastically and the received impact force is dispersed and propagated uniformly and at a high speed. The impact on the affected part is absorbed by the deformation of the entire buffer layer.

A buffer layer 20 is overlaid on the ball receiving surface 12 of the exterior body 10 entirely or partially as shown in the figure, and this buffer layer 20 has a penetration of 50 to 2000, preferably 100 to 200. It is made of a gel-like substance 21.

Since the gel-like substance 21 has good deformability and good adhesion to other objects, the work of accommodating it in the ball-receiving tool becomes quite troublesome.

Therefore, from a practical point of view, as shown in FIG. 3, the gel-like substance 21 is covered with a flexible sheet material 22 such as cloth, leather, or foamed sheet material, and a large number of unit blocks are formed by quilting or the like. It is better to make a cushioning sheet material 24 in which the cushioning sheet 23 is divided into sections, and to store this cushioning sheet material 24 in a layered manner within the glove exterior body 10 as shown in FIG.

<Effects of the invention> The ball-receiving tool of the present invention has the buffer layer 20 made of the gel-like substance 21 on the ball-receiving surface 12 as described above, and this absorbs the impact of a fly ball, so it has the following effects. You can expect it.

As mentioned above, the impact absorption effect of the ball receiving surface 12 is achieved by the entire buffer layer 20 through inelastic deformation and rapid uniform dispersion, so that a large impact force does not act only on a specific portion. Therefore, the shot when receiving the ball is small.

Since the impact force is absorbed by the entire buffer layer, the thickness of the buffer layer 20 can be made as thin as, for example, about 2 mm, and therefore the ball can be easily received when catching a ball.
