The present invention achieves the following by blending 0.2 to 30.0% of lipophilic titanium dioxide or lipophilic silicon dioxide.
The present invention relates to a pack material in which the amount of bentonite used as a coating agent can be significantly reduced compared to the conventional amount. The lipophilic titanium dioxide or lipophilic silicon dioxide used here is made lipophilic using silicone by the method described in Experiment 1 below. Human skin has many sebaceous glands, especially on the head, face, and chest. The more sebaceous glands there are, the more sebum secretes on the skin surface, making it more oily. The secreted sebum components are generally squalene,
These include cholesterol, saturated or unsaturated fatty acids, triglycerides, paraffin, etc., and their secretion amount is said to be 1 to 2 g/day. What is important in the present invention is that conventional peel-off type packs were mainly made of PVA (polyvinyl alcohol), etc., and hydrophilic inorganic substances were commonly used as part of them, but lipophilic dirt and sebum By using a lipophilic inorganic substance to remove , it has become possible to significantly enhance the removal effect. Furthermore, by making the inorganic substance lipophilic by silicone coating, the amount to be blended can be dramatically reduced. Incidentally, the activator used in the present invention is a nonionic activator. Examples of the nonionic activator include fatty acid polyoxyethylene sorbitan, polyoxyethylene hydrogenated castor oil, polyoxyethylene vegetable oil fatty acid ester, and block polymer type. Experiment 1 [Experiment on lipophilization of titanium dioxide and silicon dioxide. Titanium dioxide (silicon dioxide)] 99° Ethanol Silicon The above three components were sufficiently stirred and mixed in a mixer until uniform, and the silicon coating concentration and baking time were calculated from the experiments shown in Tables 1 and 2. Titanium dioxide (silicon dioxide) used in this patent example
used was one baked at 150°C for 3 hours with a silicone coating concentration of 1%. The raw materials used in the experiment are as follows. [Titanium dioxide...West German BAYER Silicon dioxide...Fuji Davison Thyroid Silicon...Shin-Etsu Chemical Co., Ltd. Silicon]

The results are shown in Table 3. Examples (in weight %) (A) 1 95 ethanol paraben polyoxypropylene polyoxyethylene block polymer glycerin 1.0 0.1 2.0 5.0 2 Bentonite purified water 3.0 78.7 3 PVA 3.0 4 Lipophilic titanium dioxide PG 4.0 3.0 5 Fragrance 0.2 (B ) 1 95 ethanol paraben polyoxypropylene polyoxyethylene block polymer glycerin 1.0 0.1 2.0 5.0 2 Bentonite purified water 3.0 78.7 3 PVA 3.0 4 Titanium dioxide PG 4.0 3.0 5 Fragrance 0.2 Manufacturing method Step 4 is stirred and mixed in advance in a mixer until uniform. . 2 is gradually dispersed in water and heated to 65°C while stirring. Mix 1 and heat to 70°C to dissolve, start cooling, and at 65°C add 2.3.4.5 one after another to reach a stopping temperature of 30°C. The manufacturing method for both (A) and (B) is the same. * Operating method for sebum removal test The foreheads of five women were wiped with 95° ethanol. Two hours later, packs (A) and (B) were applied at the same time, and they were removed after 15 to 20 minutes. This was brought into contact with osmic acid vapor, and after 30 minutes, the blackness of the pack was compared using a Munsell color chart.

Finally, safety and stability tests were conducted and the following results were obtained. Safety testing: As a result of various safety confirmation tests using animals, as well as a closed patch test on the upper arm of a woman and a sump patch test, the irritation to animal skin was extremely low, and both patch tests showed that the product had very little irritation to animal skin. It was confirmed that almost no skin irritation was observed. Stability tests: In various stability tests conducted during the development of new cosmetic products, the product was stable for over 60 days and no changes were observed in physical properties.
