ンベヤを駆動する場合に障害となり、特に無動力
コンベヤでは嫁動不能となる場合が発生する。

つぎに本考案について実施例により図面を参照
しつつ説明する。第1図において、コンベヤ本体
Aは多数の単位移動部材1をコンベヤ本体Aの内
面において蝶番2によりエンドレスに連結したも
のである。単位移動部材1は一般に直方体外形を
有するもので、必要に応じて中空形状のものが使
用される。単位移動部材1は直方体外形を有する
から、これの各側板が相隣接する前後の側板に当
接して相互の回動角が180゜以上に開かぬように構
成されている。コンベヤ本体Aの上列内面は複数
のプーリー3により支持され、その下列外面はロ
ーラー4により支持される。またアイドラ6,7
がコンベヤ本体Aの上列の下部に配置される。図
に示すように単位移動部材1は直方体外形を有す
るので上列部分が単位移動部材1の側面同志の接
触によりたわむことはない。各単位移動部材1の
内面には突起9が突設される。またコンベヤ本体
Aの内側に星形の車8が回転可能に配設され、前
記突起9と車8とは係合状態にある。本考案のコ
ンベヤ過度屈曲防止装置10は単位移動部材1の
内面の各端部に設置される。この過度屈曲防止装
置10は梯形の断面を有する。梯形の短上底の面
が移動部材1の内面に接合され、梯形の鈍角θの
頂点が、移動部材1同志の各連結部に位置するよ
う配置される。この過度屈曲防止装置10はその
断面は必ずしも梯形である必要はなく、鈍角部を
有しておればどのような断面形状(三角形、多角
形)でもよい。鈍角θは90゜<θ<180゜の範囲内
でいずれの角度も必要に応じて選択される。
