[Detailed description of the invention] (1) Field of application of the invention The invention includes a heat exchanger installed inside a heating chamber formed at the bottom of the bathtub, and covering the heating chamber with a cover that also serves as the bottom plate of the bathtub. The present invention relates to a hot water circulation type bathtub in which a hot water temperature detection sensor for controlling a heat source device that supplies a heat medium to the heat exchanger is attached to a part of the bathtub.

(2) Conventional hot water circulation bathtub Figure 1 shows a conventional hot water circulation bathtub.
1 Heat exchanger 03 is placed inside the heating chamber 02 formed at the inner bottom.
The heating chamber 02 is covered with a cover 04 which also serves as the inner bottom plate of the bathtub 01, and the heat exchanger 03
In this configuration, a hot water temperature detection sensor 05 for controlling a heat source device that supplies a heat medium inside the bathtub 01 is attached to the center of the front wall 06 of the bathtub 01.

(3) Disadvantages of conventional hot water circulation bathtubs As mentioned above, in conventional hot water circulation bathtubs, the hot water temperature detection sensor 05 is attached to the center of the front wall 06 of the bathtub 01, so the bather's body is exposed to this sensor 05. Since the sensor 05 is mounted at a high position, there is a drawback that the sensor 05 is detected at a position where the water temperature is high considering the temperature distribution inside the bathtub 01. In addition, intense convection occurs in the bathtub 01 during reheating, but if the sensor 05 is located high, the hot water temperature control (heat source control) becomes unstable due to the influence of this convection.

(4) Purpose of the present invention In order to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks, the present invention is capable of detecting the water temperature at a position close to the average value of the water temperature in the bathtub, and also installs a sensor at a position that is less susceptible to the effects of convection. The main purpose is to propose a hot water circulation type bathtub that can be installed to provide stable water temperature control.

(5) Structure of the present invention In order to achieve the above object, the present invention includes a heat exchanger installed in a heating chamber formed at the bottom of the bathtub, and covers the heating chamber with a cover that also serves as the bottom plate of the bathtub. In a hot water circulation bathtub in which a hot water temperature detection sensor for controlling a heat source device that supplies a heat medium to the heat exchanger is attached to a part of the bathtub, both right and left edges and a front edge of the cover are bent upward. A rising part is formed, an outlet is formed on both the left and right edges of the rising part, an inlet is provided on the rear edge of the cover, and a sensor chamber is formed by letting the center of the rising part of the front edge of the cover escape. It is characterized by being installed indoors, where there is little convection, and by being able to detect the water temperature at a location close to the average water temperature in the bathtub.

A sensor chamber 13 is formed by vertically cutting out the center of the rising portion 6 of the front edge of the cover 4, and a sensor 14 is installed in the sensor chamber 12. Note that the sensor chamber 12 and the inside of the heating chamber 2 are completely cut off.

The bathtub of the embodiment has the above-described configuration, and the heated water is heated by the heat exchanger 3 in the heating chamber 2, and the heated water flows into the bathtub 1 through the outlet 7 and is heated through the inlet 8. It circulates inside chamber 2 and boils up. Looking at the temperature distribution inside the bathtub 1 during boiling in this manner, the average value is located slightly above the cover 4 of the bathtub 1, as shown in FIG. sensor 1
4 is attached to this average value layer, and when the suitable temperature for bathing (set temperature) is reached, this is detected and the heat source device (not shown) in operation is stopped.

a) The front edge of the cover is bent upward to form a rising part, the center of this rising part is released to form a sensor chamber, and the sensor is installed in this sensor chamber, so the sensor is surrounded by the rising part, Since it is far from the outlet, there is almost no effect of convection. Also, since the sensor is located slightly above the cover, it can detect the water temperature close to the average value in the bathtub.
