It had many connecting parts, and separate fixing parts were used to maintain airtightness. In addition, the size of the product body becomes large due to the formation of the circulation path, making it impossible to make a compact product, and there are other problems such as the body size being set specifically for dehumidifying clothes dryers. In addition, there were other problems such as high temperature and humid circulating air easily leaking from the drain, condensing, and reducing the ability to recover water.

The circulation duct is placed between the inner surface of the corner at the bottom of the body and the outer peripheral surface of the rotating drum, and the circulation duct is fitted from the outside to the discharge side opening end of the fan case and the intake side opening end of the heat source, resulting in a compact product body. At the same time, the L-shaped circulation duct can have a large curvature at the bent portion, thereby reducing ventilation resistance. In addition, a drainage outlet is provided in the smallest cross-sectional area of the circulation duct,
In addition, by setting the minimum cross-sectional area where this drainage port is provided at the bottom of the circulation duct, the pressure can be set low at the minimum cross-sectional area, so the discharge of hot air containing moisture can be minimized. This makes it possible to improve the dehumidification ability.

By rotating the fan 3 and energizing the heating element 8, the air heated by the heating element 8 enters the rotating drum 2 as shown by arrow a, and the hot and humid air generated here is transferred to the fan. It flows on one side 3a of 3. On the other hand, as the fan 3 rotates, outside air flows in from the intake port 14 on the rear surface of the main body 1 as shown by arrow b, and flows through the other surface 3b of the fan. As a result, the entire fan 3 is cooled, and one side 3 of the fan 3 is cooled down.
Water droplets form on a. These water droplets are blown away by centrifugal force and stored in the fan case 4, pushed out by wind pressure and gravity in the direction in which the circulating air passes, and pass through the discharge side opening end of the fan case 4.
The water is led to the circulation duct 7 and drained out of the main body through a drain port 13 provided at the bottom of the circulation duct 7.

すい。 At the fitting part between the discharge side opening end of the fan case 4 in the substantially vertical direction and the circulation duct 7, the water droplets flow down the wall surface as if falling, so they do not flow into the fitting part against gravity and leak, creating an airtight seal. is easy to hold. On the other hand, even at the fitting part between the intake side opening end of the heating wind cylinder 9 and the circulation duct 7, the hot and humid circulating air does not completely dew due to the cooling effect of the fan 3, and the inner surface of the circulation duct and , dew condensation also occurs on the inner surface of the heating air cylinder 9, and as a result, the circulation duct 7
Since the water droplets flow toward the drain port of the heating air cylinder 9, the water droplets flow in the direction of entering the fitting part gap.
Compared to a structure in which the circulation duct 7 is fitted inside the intake-side open end of the valve, this structure can maintain airtightness more easily.

By providing the circulation duct 7 in the diagonal direction of the main body 1, which is the direction of the space formed on the outer peripheral surface of the drum and the inner surface of the corner of the main body, the length of the curved part of the circulation duct 7 can be maximized. becomes possible,
A highly efficient circulation duct 7 with little loss can be constructed within a limited body size, allowing a compact product body.

水を効率的に実施することができる。 Furthermore, the flow velocity of the air flowing through the circulation path increases at the minimum cross-sectional area of the circulation duct 7, but the pressure decreases. Since the amount of circulating air can be set to the minimum, the amount of water collected as water droplets can be increased, which has the effect of reducing the amount of humid air discharged outside the main body, which is the original purpose of a dehumidifying dryer. Since the circulation duct 7 must collect the condensed water droplets using the force of gravity and discharge them to the outside of the main body, it is necessarily necessary to provide a slope. Therefore, by setting the minimum cross-sectional area portion where the drain port 13 is provided at the lowest portion of the circulation duct 7, drainage can be efficiently carried out.

Furthermore, the amount of water collected as water droplets can be increased and the amount of moisture discharged outside the main body can be reduced.
