Conventionally, as shown in Fig. 1, the outer casing of this type of audio equipment has a chassis 1 formed of sheet metal in the shape of a rectangular frame, a front inner panel 2, a back panel 3, and a U-shaped cross section. bonnet 4,
A configuration is adopted in which the casing is assembled by tightening and threading the bottom plate 5 and the front panel 6 together using screws.

It is bulky and difficult to handle during work and storage.Furthermore, the tightening direction of the screws differs depending on each part, so it must be tightened from all directions: front and back, left and right, and top and bottom. Since there are many tightening points, many man-hours are required, and assembly is not easy, making it difficult to rationalize assembly such as line assembly, and rationalize screw tightening. Further, since the electrical mechanical parts are assembled into the chassis 1 while being assembled, the processing of the electrical mechanical parts is troublesome.

In this invention, joint bodies having connection parts in two directions are arranged at four corners, and between the left front joint body and the left rear joint body, and between the right front joint body and the right rear joint body. Connect the rectangular side panels through one connection to the left front joint body and the right front joint body through the other connection, and connect the square front inner panel to the left front joint body and the right front joint body through the other joint body. A rectangular rear panel is connected between the joint body and the right rear joint body through the other connection part to form a frame body, and a square front panel is attached to the outside of the front inner panel of this frame body. is characterized in that a rectangular bonnet is attached to the upper surface of the frame, and a rectangular bottom plate is attached to the lower surface of the frame, each member is a flat plate for easy handling, and each joint body can be used as a jig. This improves assembly accuracy and allows electrical mechanical parts to be attached to each flat plate member in advance.
