Conventionally, in order to connect the rectifier diode and the winding part, a metal terminal is planted in the non-winding groove of the coil bobbin, and the lead wire and the winding of the diode are soldered to this terminal, or the rectifier is connected to the rectifier diode and the winding part. The diode is supported within the non-winding groove by a suitable holding means, and the winding is wound around the lead wire of the rectifier diode and soldered.

However, when using metal terminals, the area to which the voltage is applied becomes large, requiring a large amount of space for insulation, and corona discharge is likely to occur if the insulating resin is not applied sufficiently to the area that holds the terminal.

In addition, since the lead wire of a rectifier diode is thin, less than 1 mm, if a winding is wound around the lead wire, the lead wire will wobble, causing corona discharge or dielectric breakdown if it comes close to parts with different potentials. There is a risk. Furthermore, the windings that form the high voltage windings
Since the thickness is less than 0.1 mm, when attempting to wind the wire, the tension applied to the upper winding would cause the wire to break.

After fixing the rectifier diode 8 to the non-winding groove 5 as described above, winding is sequentially applied to each winding groove 4. For example, in FIG. When the winding is completed, the winding wire is hooked onto the engaging protrusion 10a as shown by the broken line, passes through the groove 7a of one columnar protrusion 6a, and is connected to the diode main body 8a.
After passing through the groove 7b of the other columnar projection 6b along the top, the wire is caught by the engagement projection 10b and guided to be wound around the next winding groove 4.
