However, in the above-mentioned over-element, the strength of the adhesive layer at the abutting part of the cross-sectional corrugated part is a problem, and the adhesive layer easily peels off during handling, and therefore the separation of the abutting part of the over-element is stably prevented. It is difficult to do so.

In view of the above points, the present invention provides a ring-shaped overbody having an abutting portion in the radial direction and a large number of planar ring-shaped cross-sectional corrugated portions extending outward; a striped coupling element that is coupled to maintain the ring-like shape of the overbody, the coupling element includes two base members, and the mutually facing surfaces of the two base members are respectively aligned with the abutting element. A joint portion having a shape that follows the shape of the cross-sectional waveform portion at the abutting portion is formed between the joint portion of the one base member and the joint portion of the other base member. A technical measure is adopted in which the corrugated portion is sandwiched from above and below.

As shown in Fig. 1, the material 1 has a basic fan-shaped shape, and an arcuate fold line B of the same curvature is formed between one end A-A' of the arcuate shape and the other end I-I' of the arcuate shape.
-B', C-C', D-D', E-E', F-F', G-
G', H-H', are provided. The spacing between these fold lines is the same, but the spacing between arcs A-A', B-B' and H-H', I-I' is slightly larger due to the installation of the completed over-element. It's summery. The material 1 is bent into a wave-shaped cross section between one end A-A' and the other end I-I' along these fold lines,
This bent material 1 is curved into a planar ring shape as shown in FIG. 2 with one end A-A' on the inside and the other end I-I' on the outside. , A'-I' are butted together to form a overbody 51 as shown in FIG.

The cross-sectional corrugated portion 5a at the abutting portion of the ring-shaped curved ends of the overbody 51 shown in FIG.
At 7a, the curved end portions are joined by joining the end plates 6 and 7 to each other using means such as scissors or ultrasonic welding. In order to ensure sealing, a sealant or adhesive may be applied to the contact surfaces between the joint parts 6a, 7a of the end plates 6, 7 and the cross-sectional corrugated part 5a.

According to this embodiment, the cross-sectional corrugated portion 5a is sandwiched between the end plates 6 and 7 from above and below, so that the bonding strength is improved. In addition, the connecting portion 6
Since a and 7a have a shape that follows the shape of the cross-sectional corrugated portion 5a, when the cross-sectional corrugated portion 5a is sandwiched between the upper and lower sides, the comb-shaped joint portions 6a and 7a are located between the adjacent cross-sectional corrugated portions 5a. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the adjacent sections of the cross-sectional corrugated portions 5a from coming into close contact with each other at the joining location, and it is possible to prevent a reduction in excessive area and also to have a good appearance.

A longitudinal protuberance 22b, 23b is provided at the center of the opposing surfaces of 2a, 23a. The cross-sectional corrugated portion 5a at the abutting portion of the overbody 51 is sandwiched between the joint portions 22a and 23a of the corrugated plates 22 and 23 so as to be placed between these protuberances 22b and 23b (FIG. 7), and joined by, for example, ultrasonic welding. do. An adhesive may be used in combination to improve sealing performance.

In the above embodiment, the material 1 has a fan shape, but it may have a trapezoid shape. Also, material 1
By varying the interval between the folding lines, the top and bottom rows of the large number of cross-sectional corrugated sections may be tapered with respect to the axis of the overbody. Furthermore, it is also possible to obtain over-elements of various shapes, such as a rectangular shape, by combining several materials.

As described above, in the present invention, there is provided a ring-shaped overbody having an abutting portion in the radial direction and a large number of planar ring-shaped cross-sectional corrugated portions extending outward, and the abutting portion of the overbody. a striped coupling element that is coupled to the overbody to maintain the ring-like shape of the overbody; the coupling element includes two base members, the mutually facing surfaces of the two base members being connected to the ring-like shape of the overbody; A joint portion having a shape that follows the shape of the cross-sectional waveform portion at the abutting portion is formed, and the joint portion at the abutting portion is formed between the joining portion of the one base member and the joining portion of the other base member. Since the cross-sectional corrugated portion is sandwiched from above and below, the abutting portions of the cross-sectional corrugated portions can be connected via the connecting element by the vertically holding configuration of the cross-sectional corrugated portion by the connecting element, and the connecting element Since the bonding strength of the abutting portion is improved by the presence of the abutting portion, separation of the abutting portion can be suppressed, so that the ring-shaped shape of the over-element can be maintained for a long period of time.

Further, the connecting portions of the two base members of the connecting element have a shape that follows the shape of the corrugated cross-sectional portion, and the corrugated cross-sectional portion is sandwiched between the connecting portions having the shape from above and below. The connecting portion of the connecting element exists between adjacent cross-sectional corrugated portions, and therefore helps prevent deformation of the abutting portion due to external force, thereby further increasing the effect of suppressing separation of the abutting portion.

In addition, since the coupling elements are streak-like, while exhibiting the above effect, the proportion of the coupling elements in the cross-sectional corrugated portion is small, and there is almost no impediment to the passage of fluid to the over-element. The increase in passing resistance can be avoided.
