Conventionally, meter readings for various meters have been carried out exclusively by meter readers with their naked eyes, but it is extremely difficult to check because the meters are installed at high places or in places that are difficult to see. For this reason, tools have been devised and used that reflect the display part of the meter on a mirror.

The present invention includes a refractive/transmissive section 6 formed using a single prism or a combination of prisms to refract and transmit horizontal light downward, a holder 3 supporting the refractive/transmissive section 6 at a position that does not obstruct perspective viewing, and the holder 3. The gist of the present invention is a peeping glass for meter reading characterized in that it is composed of a handle 5 that is coupled to a handle 5 and can be freely bent and expanded.

Reference numeral 8 denotes a ball joint, which has a male screw 9 at one end and is screwed onto the female coupling screw 7, and a ball head 10 at the other end, which is supported by a ball receiver 11.

[Operations and Effects of the Invention] The meter reading viewing glasses of the present invention configured as described above have a shortened handle and a bent refractive/transmissive portion to make the meter small in bulk.
Carry this with you. When in use, the refractive-transmissive part is set at an angle that corresponds to the position of the meter and the position of the person's eyes, and then the handle is extended to a length that corresponds to the height of the meter. Since a prism is used, the characters displayed on meters etc.
Numbers, symbols, etc. are now refracted and transmitted downward without being left and right reversed, making it possible to accurately check them even from a position lower than the meter. In particular, when a magnifying prism is used, the characters and the like that are refracted and transmitted are magnified and become much easier to see, which has the effect of significantly improving the accuracy of confirmation.
