Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 この考案は、棒状に形成された化粧料等の収納
物を押し出して使用する押出容器であつて、特に
収納物を保持する受皿の新規なる改良に関する。

従来、棒状に形成された化粧料の押出容器例え
ば加熱溶融した化粧料を充填固化した押出容器に
あつては、化粧料を充填しその下部を保持する受
皿が短い筒形状をなしているために、液状で充填
された練状化粧料の固化のための冷却過程におい
て、受皿内の部分と受皿から上方に出ている部分
とでは冷却勾配が異なり、両部分の間に一種の歪
が生じているため、僅かな衝撃を受けても第2図
に示す破断線aに沿つて折れ易い欠点があつた。

本願のものにあつては、全品とも平均値に近い値
を示し、安定した折れ強度を有していることが認
められた。尚、第5図に示す試験装置において、
荷重Wが負荷される受皿の先端からの距離1は、
1cmである。

してあるので、特に加熱熔融した化粧料を充填し
て固化する押出容器の受皿3に充填された収納物

部分との間において、冷却勾配にほとんど差がな
くなり、両部分の間に従来みられたような一種の
歪が生ずるおそれがないため、収納された棒状収
納物の折れ強度が向上し、しかも全品に亙つて平
均的な折れ強度を有する結果、棒状に成形される
化粧料等の押出容器としてきわめてすぐれたもの
を提供出来るのである。更に、棒状化粧料は小孔
内に嵌入するため、化粧料の抜け出しをきわめて
効果的に防止することが出来る。
