ようにした。(Prior art) A device in which the winding angle is made small with respect to the mandrel so that the yarn is wound approximately parallel to the axial direction was previously proposed in Japanese Patent Application No. 109611/1989 filed by the present applicant. . That is, as shown in FIG. 4, by the traverse operation, the yarn Y is traversed and wound in the direction of the arrow approximately parallel to the axial direction of the mandrel A as shown by y1 , and the yarn is wound on the spindle at the traverse end. By moving the yarn in the axial direction of B, the yarn is folded back along the end surface of the mandrel, and after being wound approximately parallel to the axial direction of the mandrel in the direction of the arrow as shown in y2 in the same figure, it is wound again at the traverse end. After moving the thread in the axial direction and hooking it along the end face of the mandrel, the thread is returned to the outside from the axial center and is approximately parallel to the axial direction of the mandrel as shown by y 3 by traversing action. This process is repeated to alternately hook the yarn onto both ends of the mandrel so that the winding angle is small and the winding is approximately parallel to the axial direction. When the winding diameter reaches a predetermined diameter, the yarn at both ends of the winding body is The layers are cut so as to obtain a cylinder in which the threads Y are axially aligned and are removed from the spindle B, and in this case a flange C having serrations D on the circumferential surface at both ends of the mandrel A is attached adjacent to the threads in the traverse amplitude. Made the hook more stable.

に併列した筒状の巻糸体を得る。(Function) The innermost pin holders of the plurality of pairs of pin holders provided symmetrically on both support shafts of the mandrel are used as a pair, and the spacing between these innermost pin holders is used as the traverse amplitude to move the yarn in the axial direction of the mandrel. The thread is traversed approximately in parallel, and at both ends of the traverse, the thread is passed between the pins of the pin holder, and the thread is moved inward toward the spindle. After hooking the thread, wind the thread around the mandrel at a small winding angle, and when the winding layer has a thickness equivalent to the length of the pin in the pin holder by repeating this process, use a pair of pin holders with a large diameter as the spindle. Then, using the spacing between the new pin holders as the traverse width, wind the thread at a small traverse angle while hooking the thread on the outer surface of both pin holders at both ends of the traverse as described above, so that the winding layer reaches the tip of the pin. Then, a pair of pin holders with a larger diameter is arranged on the spindle, and while traversing at this interval, the thread is similarly hooked on the pin holder at the traverse end and wound. In the illustrated example, there are 4 pairs of pin holders. The winding layer is stacked in four stages using pin holders of different diameters to obtain a wound body with a desired thickness of the winding layers,
When a predetermined winding layer is reached, both ends of the spool are cut off at a location near the innermost pin holder and taken out together with the mandrel, creating a cylindrical spool in which the threads are aligned approximately parallel to the axial direction of the mandrel. obtain.

厚さの巻糸層を得る。 To use the above spindle, first traverse with a traverse amplitude that spans between the left and right innermost pin holders 3 1 and 3 1 in Fig. 1, and then pass the thread between the pins of the pin holder at both ends of the traverse. Then, by moving the thread toward the axis of the spindle 1, the thread is attached to the pin holder 3.
1 , 3 1 is hooked onto the pin 5 along the outer surface of the mandrel 2 and wound approximately parallel to the axial direction of the mandrel 2 at a small winding angle, and the winding layer is the tip of the pin 5 of the pin holder 3 1 , 3 1 After reaching the pin holder, the thread is inserted between the pins at the traverse end in the same way as above with a traverse amplitude of length between 3 2 and 3 2 in the same figure. Wrap it around the pin 5 along the outer surface of the holder with a small winding angle,
After winding the thread to the tip of the pin 5 of 3 2 , the thread is similarly wound by the traversing action between the pin holders 3 3 and 3 3 disposed on the outside thereof, and thus the thread is finally wound on the outermost pin holder 3 4 , 3 to 4 to obtain a wound layer of desired thickness.

る。(Effects of the invention) The spindle according to the invention has multiple pairs of pin holders whose diameters are gradually increased by the length of the thread guide pins symmetrically provided on the outside of both ends of the mandrel.
The thread is wound radially between the inner pin holders at the end of the winding phase by pairing the pin holders located on the outer side sequentially for each fixed winding layer as the length of the pin increases and winding the thread with a traverse amplitude corresponding to the distance between the pin holders. The disadvantage is that the distance between the provided pins gradually increases and the density of the winding thread decreases. However, the thread is wound at the distance between a pair of pin holders located on the outside, and the thread is regulated by the roots of the pins. The inner and outer layers of the wound yarn are wound with almost uniform density without decreasing the density of the wound yarn, and the polymerization of the wound layers has the effect of obtaining a thick wound layer with uniform density.
