【考案の詳細な説明】
『産業上の利用分野』
本考案は繊維品加工処理に使用される不織布ロ
ール装置(以下単に不織布ロール装置とする)に

エルト等の吸水吸湿部材を捲装した構造のもの、
更には特開昭55−66398号のサクシヨン配管した
軸心方向に向う多数の透孔を開設した脱水装置と
か、また本出願人が所有する特許第1304054号で
不織布ロール装置を提案しており、その要旨は、
サクシヨン配管した軸本体に不織布を圧着状に多
数重畳した構造のものがある。これらの吸水ロー
ル装置、技術文献が従来技術として知られてい

『考案が解決しようとする問題点』
この従来技術による第6図に示す、吸水ロール
装置では、透孔20を有するロールシエル21に
フエルト22等を捲装する構造のものでは、フエ
ルト22の弾性材層が極めて薄いことから、ニツ
プ力による脱水効果が期待できないし、また搾出
された水、処理液等の流体(以下単に流体とす
る)の吸引を主目的とするサクシヨン配管が十分
に活用されていないことがある。また第6図に示
す吸水ロール装置では、その吸引、脱水は図示の
如く、その透孔20及びその透孔20の上面開口
部20aのみであり極めて少ない範囲であること
から十分の効果が期待できないこと。更にロール
シエル21の外周面にフエルト22等を捲装固着
することに困難性があるし、逆にフエルト22等
が剥離しやすい等いわゆる形態保持が困難であり
使用上において幾多の問題点があること。又特開
昭55−66398号は、硬性ロールであるが故に、孔
のマークが被処理物に付き品質劣化の要因となる
こと。又その他の繊維ロールでは、弾性加工にお
いて使用されるシリコーン樹脂とか、柔軟加工と
してエマルジヨン浸漬処理することにより例えば
乳化剤等とか、或いは糊付けされた織物に各種処
理加工を施す場合、それに含有、付着している合
成糊、でんぷん糊等とかが繊維ロール表面にこび
りつき表面硬化現象を呈したり、又は繊維品に付
着若しくは織り込まれている夾雑物が繊維ロール
の有する特異の繊維隙間に入り、いわゆる目詰現
象を呈したりして、その吸引機能が低下した場
合、繊維ロールの逆洗が必要となつてくる。しか
しながら、繊維ロールに透孔が開設されていない
と十分に逆洗用の流体がロール本体を通過せず、

『問題点を解決するための手段』
そこで本考案は、ロール本体の形態保持が極め
て容易であると共に、表面硬化現象、目詰現象等
が生ずる前に予め逆洗を間欠的になし、これら目
詰現象等の発生を未然に回避し得るようにした不
織布ロール装置を提供するもので、その要旨は、
一方が開口し本体の軸方向に開設した空洞部及び
この空洞部に連通する透孔をその本体周面に多数
開設した両端に軸受部を有する筒状の軸本体と、
この軸本体の開口に軸受部の貫通孔及びホースを
介して装備される吹出若しくは吸引手段としての
ポンプと、前記軸本体の側板間でかつその外周面
に適宜密度でなる不織布を圧着状に多数枚重畳し
て設けたロール本体とからなる繊維品加工処理に
おける不織布ロール装置において、前記ロール本
体に軸心方向に向う多数の透孔を開設してなる構

ンプ等による吐出力を介して逆洗用の水、処理液
等の流体(以下単に流体とする)を軸本体の貫通
孔→開口→空洞部→透孔を経由して重畳した不織
布内及びロール本体の透孔を浸透させていき、不
織布の繊維隙間に侵入している夾雑物を洗い出
し、ロール本体の外周表面へと流出させていく
か、または透孔の流体の流れを介して透孔に付着
している夾雑物とともにロール本体の外周表面へ

『実施例』
図面は本考案の一実施例を示しており、図にお
いて1は両端に軸受部2,2aを有する筒状の軸
本体で、この軸本体1にはその軸方向に向う空洞
部3が開設されており、かつその周面には前記空
洞部3に連通する多数の透孔4が開設されてい
る。また軸本体1の一方は開口5とされ、この開
口5は前記空洞部3と連通すると共に、一方の軸
受部2にその軸方向に開設された貫通孔6とも連
通する。そしてこの開口5は一方の軸受部2の貫
通孔6及びホース(図示せず)を介してポンプ、
シリンダー等の吹出、吸引手段(図示せず)に連
通されている。7は軸本体1の一端側に止着され
た側板で、この側板7に順次不織布8を例えばプ
レス成型で多数圧着状に重畳し、ついで他端側に
側板9を止着し、これら両側板7,9と多数枚の
不織布8とでロール本体10を構成する。そうし
て更にこのロール本体10にその軸心方向に向う
多数の透孔11を開設する。その望ましい間隔及
び寸法は第5図に示すように透孔11の周辺部に
吸引、逆洗作用(ロール本体10が通常の吸引作
用を保有している場合である)が機能するエリア
ー11a内に開設することを必要とし、透孔11
の寸法はφ0.5〜5mmがよく、その内透孔11の寸
法をφ3mmとした場合その寸法関係は同図に示す
寸法とするとよい。尚第2図に図示するように副
室12を設ける構造とすることもでき、この例で
は軸本体1の外周面に望ましくは等間隔でその軸
心方向に向う複数本のスペーサー13を設け、こ
のスペーサー13上に不織布8を圧着状に重畳し
ロール本体10とし、このロール本体10に透孔
11を開設する構成とする。これによつて軸本体
1の外周面に軸方向に向う長い副室12を複数設
け、液体溜室とすることにより本考案の主目的と
する吸引、逆洗効果を一層向上させることができ
る。そして軸受部2,2aを例えば加工処理機に
装備する軸受等をもつて、それに不織布ロールを

汚等がされ、次の処理工程、乾燥工程に搬送され
る。又は、ロール本体10を逆洗する場合は、ポ
ンプ等による吐出力を介して逆洗用の流体を軸本
体1の貫通孔6→開口5→空洞部3→透孔4(→
又は副室12)を経由して重畳した不織布8内及
びロール本体10の透孔11を浸透させていき、
不織布8の繊維隙間に侵入している夾雑物を洗い
出し、ロール本体10の外周表面へと流出させて

孔11に付着している夾雑物とともにロール本体
10の外周表面へと流出していき逆洗作業が終了
するのである。尚ロール本体10より流体を溢
出、射出して被処理物を洗浄、脱液等の処理をな
す場合も前述の逆洗と略同様であるので説明は省

『考案の効果』
本考案は以上詳述した如く、サクシヨン配管を
備えた軸本体と、この軸本体に不織布を圧着状に
重畳して構成するロール本体と、このロール本体
に軸心方向に向う透孔を多数開設してなる不織布
ロール装置であるので、不織布自体の有する吸水
性と透孔による吸引力とによつて例えば被処理物
の流体を吸引、脱水することができる。またこの
場合第4図にAで示す如く、不織布の一部に前述
の目詰現象等があつても、その透孔の周辺に不織
布の有する吸水性があれば、浸透流体及びこのエ
リアーを利用してロール本体に付着、含有する流
体をスムーズに吸引等することができる。また不
織布は弾性を有するが故に、原則として透孔の上
面開口部の周辺は内方へ向つて覆い被されるよう
に垂れて、この垂れ部11bで透孔の上面開口部
が閉塞される状態となるので、透孔によるマーク
が被処理物に付くことがないのである。更に透孔
を開設したことによりロール本体の逆洗がスムー
ズに行なえ、例えば目詰現象等を未然に回避でき
る卓効がある。また不織布を圧着状に重畳し、そ
こへ透孔を開設するものであるので、吸水吸湿性
ロール本体としての形態保持も極めて容易であ
