Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は、N−(3.5−ジクロロフエニル)−1,
2−ジメチルシクロプロパン−1,2−ジカルボ
キシイミド(以下プロシミドンという)とポリオ
キシン複合体との混合物を有効成分として含有す
ることを特徴とする農園芸用殺菌組成物に関す
る。 近年、果樹、そ菜の主要病害である灰色カビ病
の防除に関してはメチル−1−ブチルカルバモイ
ル)−2−ベンズイミダゾール(一般名ベノミ
ル)、1,2−ビス(3−メトキシカルボニル−
2−チオウレイド)ベンゼン(一般名チオフアネ
ートメチル)等のベンズイミダゾール系薬剤が使
用されているが、これらの薬剤に対する耐性菌が
出現し、灰色カビ病防除に困難をきたしており、
これらの耐性菌に対して有効な薬剤の開発が強く
望まれていたが最近プロシミドンをはじめとする
環状N−(3,5−ジクロロフエニル)イミド系
化合物が出現し、ベンズイミダゾール系薬剤耐性
菌に対して適格な防除剤として期待されている。
しかし前記ベンズイミダゾール系薬剤と同様環状
N−(3,5−ジクロロフエニル)イミド系薬剤
に対しても耐性菌の出現が危惧され、実際本発明
者等は実験室的に環状N−(3,5−ジクロロフ
エニル)イミド系薬剤耐性灰色カビ病菌を得てい
る。本発明はこれら薬剤耐性灰色カビ病菌の防除
方法に関して研究を進めてきた結果、プロシミド
ンとポリオキシン複合体を混合することによりベ
ンズイミダゾール系薬剤耐性菌はもとより上記環
状N−(3,5−ジクロロフエニル)イミド系薬
剤耐性菌に対してもそれぞれの薬剤を単用する結
果からは想到できない程高い防除効果を見出し完
成したものである。 本発明で使用できるポリオキシン複合体とは、
現在使用されているポリオキシンA,B,Gを主
成分として含有する混合物及び農園芸用殺菌組成
分として有効といわれているポリオキシンL,M
を主成分として含有する混合物を包含する。 本発明にかかわる農園芸用殺菌組成物の特徴は
果樹、そ菜類の主要病害である灰色カビ病の薬剤
耐性菌に対して適格に防除できる薬剤を提供する
ものであり、同時に発生時期のかさなる他病害も
あわせて防除するところにある。 本発明組成物は通常の農薬と同様に各種の担
体、界面活性剤、補助剤とともに各種剤型に製剤
化して使用できる。 以下に実施例を挙げるが、有効成分の混合割
合、補助成分及びその添加量は実施例のみに限定
されるものではない。 尚、部とあるのはすべて重量部を表わす。 実施例 1 プロシミドン 25部 ポリオキシン複合体 10部 ケイソウ土・クレーの混合物 55部 ポリオキシエチレンノニルフエニルエーテル
10部 以上を均一に混合粉砕して水和剤とする。 実施例 2 プロシミドン 25部 ポリオキシン複合体 10部 含水ケイ酸 65部 以上を均一に混合し微粉砕してフローダストと
する。 次に本発明の有用性を試験例により証明する。 試験例 1 キユウリ灰色カビ病防除効果試験 所定濃度に調整した薬液をキユウリ(品種:落
合節成)に散布し、翌日ジヤガイモ寒天培地にて
培養した感性及び耐性灰色カビ病菌をそれぞれ接
種した。 接種後は20℃で湿室状態に4日間保つたのち、
病斑長を調査し下記の式により防除価を算出し
た。試験は1区2連制で実施した。結果は第1表
