DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention provides a first cold water circuit for supplying cold water to air conditioners installed in mid-to-high-rise areas of a high-rise building, in a first evaporator of a refrigerator installed in a low-rise area or an underground area. A second cold water circuit connected to a heat exchanger to form a closed circulation circuit and supplying chilled water to air conditioners installed in the lower and underground parts of the building is installed in the lower and underground parts of the building. The present invention relates to a cooling device connected to a type heat storage tank.

For this reason, conventionally, when cooling mid-to-high-rise areas, only the evaporator for cooling cold water that directly connects to the air conditioner for the mid-to-high-rise areas was used in the evaporator of the refrigerator, and when cooling of the mid-to-high rise areas was stopped, such as at night, the heat storage tank was used. The refrigerant circuit was switched to use only the evaporator for cooling stored cold water.

This is because the chilled water circuit to the air conditioner for the middle and upper floors is of a closed type to reduce the pumping power, so it is difficult to switch in the chilled water circuit on the secondary side of the evaporator.

However, in such a conventional configuration, when cooling mid-to-high-rise areas, the output of the refrigerator must be varied (in other words, the capacity must be reduced) in response to fluctuations in the cooling load of the mid-to-high-rise areas, so Compared to operating at maximum output, this method is not cost-effective and has the problem of increased operating costs.

The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned circumstances, and uses a regularly operated refrigerator to supply cold heat according to the load fluctuations of the air conditioners in mid-to-high-rise areas. The resulting surplus cold heat is efficiently stored in a heat storage tank, and the cold heat stored in the heat storage tank is supplied to the air conditioner in the lower and underground areas, and used for cooling the lower and underground areas. In particular, the purpose is to reduce the operating cost of the entire cooling system.

The characteristic structure of the present invention for achieving the above object is as follows:
In the above-mentioned cooling device, a heat storage circuit that supplies heat storage cold water to the heat storage tank is connected to a heat exchanger of a second evaporator of the refrigerator, and the first evaporator and the second evaporator are connected to the liquefaction circuit in both the evaporators. The first and second evaporators are connected at substantially the same height so that the refrigerant can flow mutually, and each of the first and second evaporators is provided with a vaporized refrigerant path for supplying the vaporized refrigerant to a pressurizing device provided in the refrigerator. With,
At least one of the vaporized refrigerant paths is provided with a flow rate regulating valve that operates based on the detection result of the chilled water temperature of the first chilled water circuit, and this configuration provides the following effects.

That is, when the flow rate adjustment valve is operated based on the detection result of the chilled water temperature in the first chilled water circuit while the refrigerator is operated steadily, the amount of vaporized liquefied refrigerant in the first and second evaporators becomes relatively In contrast, when vaporization in the first evaporator is promoted and the amount of cold heat supplied to the cold water increases, vaporization in the second evaporator is suppressed and the amount of cold heat supplied to the heat storage cold water decreases. When vaporization in the second evaporator is suppressed and the amount of cold heat supplied to the cold water decreases, vaporization in the second evaporator is promoted and the amount of cold heat supplied to the heat storage cold water increases.

Since both evaporators are connected at approximately the same height so that the liquefied refrigerant can flow mutually, the liquefied refrigerant flows appropriately depending on the amount of liquefied refrigerant vaporized in each evaporator. To efficiently cool cold water and heat storage cold water.

Therefore, while the constantly operating refrigerator supplies cold heat to the air conditioners in the middle and high rise areas according to the load fluctuations of the air conditioners in the middle and high rise areas, Since the amount of cold heat supplied to the thermal storage cold water is increased or decreased, the excess cold heat generated due to fluctuations in the cooling load in the mid-to-high-rise areas is efficiently stored in the heat storage tank, and the stored cold heat is used to cool the low-rise areas and underground areas. By using this method, it is possible to reduce the operating cost of the entire cooling device.

In this example, cooling water is supplied to middle and high-rise areas of high-rise buildings using a closed circulation type first system without a heat storage tank.
This can be done by circuit 3, so there is no waste of pumping power due to the difference in vertical head, and the extra cold heat of the refrigerator is reliably stored in the second circuit 4, and the pumping power is used to reduce heat loss due to cooling water falling. Now it can be used for low-rise or underground floors.
