Industrial Application Field The present invention relates to a rice huller. BACKGROUND ART Conventionally, as a huller for separating unhulled rice into brown rice and rice husks, cylindrical hulling rubber rollers rotating at different rotational speeds in opposite directions are arranged horizontally and in parallel at a predetermined interval. A hulling machine is known that feeds a predetermined amount of unhulled rice between these hulling rubber rollers and separates the unhulled rice into brown rice and rice husks by rotation of the hulling rubber rollers. A wide variety of rice hullers of this kind are used depending on the purpose, from those with a power drive source to manual or hand-cranked ones for sample testing. The structure described in Japanese Patent No. 35-7348 is known. Problems to be solved by the invention In the conventional rice hulling machines as described above, the power-driven type requires a wind sorting mechanism including a blower, and the hand-driven type does not separate brown rice and rice husks. The drawback is that the brown rice must be separated from the rice husks by hand as the rice falls in many places. Therefore, an object of the present invention is to eliminate the drawbacks of the conventional rice huller as described above, and to provide a simple and convenient huller. Means for Solving the Problems In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention provides a hulling machine including a pair of hulling rollers arranged horizontally and in parallel. has a wave-threaded surface, one of the hulling rollers has a right-handed threaded surface, and the other hulling roller has a left-handed threaded surface, and these hulling rollers have a corrugated surface. The husking rollers are arranged so that the portions and the troughs mesh with each other, and the pair of hulling rollers are connected by a transmission mechanism so that they rotate in opposite directions at a rotation ratio of 1:1, Furthermore, a comb-shaped sorting mechanism is provided above the pair of hulling rollers. Effect With the above-described configuration, in the present invention, when the unhulled rice is fed onto the pair of rotating hulling rollers and moved in the longitudinal direction of the hulling rollers, the unhulled rice comes into contact with the comb-shaped sorting mechanism. While changing its posture, the rice husks are pulled into the nip between the hulling rollers under the hulling action of the hulling rollers, and the rice husks begin to be separated from the brown rice. The tooth profile sorting mechanism allows brown rice to pass through, but is designed to prevent unhulled rice from passing through. This tooth-shaped sorting mechanism completely separates brown rice from rice husks. Embodiments Next, the present invention will be described with reference to illustrated embodiments. The hulling machine of the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 has a hollow body 1 in which a pair of hulling rollers 4 and 5 are arranged substantially horizontally and parallel to each other by vertical walls 2 and 3 thereof. Rotatably supported. The hulling roller 4 has a metal shaft member 6 and a covering member 7 made of a relatively hard and elastic material such as hard rubber or polyurethane rubber and coated around the shaft member 6. In addition, the outer peripheral surface of the covering member 7 is formed in the shape of a right-handed wave screw. Similarly, the hulling roller 5 has a shaft member 8 and a covering member 9 made of the same materials as the shaft member 6 and covering member 7 of the hulling roller 4, but the outer peripheral surface of the covering member 9 is left-handed. It is formed in the shape of a wave screw. However, the pitch and diameter of the corrugated screw shapes on the outer peripheral surfaces of the covering members 7 and 9 are formed to be the same. Furthermore, the outer peripheral surfaces of the coating members 7 and 9 of these hulling rollers 4 and 5 are arranged so that the peaks and valleys mesh with each other, as shown in FIGS. The gap is such that it crushes and passes through, but does not allow brown rice to pass through. The hulling rollers 4 and 5 are connected to their shaft members 6 and 8.
Gears 10 and 11 are respectively attached to one end of the motor, and the gears 10 and 11 have a gear ratio of 1:1 and mesh with each other. A manual handle 12 is attached to the outer end of the shaft member 6, and by operating this handle 12, the hulling rollers 4 and 5 can be rotated in the directions of arrows A shown in FIG. 2, respectively. A hopper 13 is formed in the upper part of the main body 1,
The hopper 13 removes the hulled rice from above with the hulling rollers 4 and 5.
is placed so that it falls onto one end of the
The unhulled rice that has fallen onto one end of the hulling rollers 4 and 5 is removed by the wave screw transfer action of the outer peripheral surfaces of the hulling rollers 4 and 5 due to the rotation of the hulling rollers 4 and 5 in the direction of arrow A. 4 and 5 towards their other ends. At this time, the unhulled rice is subjected to a hulling action from the hulling rollers 4 and 5 to separate the chaff from the brown rice, and the rice is allowed to fall through the nip between the hulling rollers 4 and 5 below. A comb-shaped sorting mechanism 14 made of a plurality of plate members is provided in the main body above the hulling rollers 4 and 5 on the downstream side of the hopper 13. In this example, the comb-shaped sorting mechanism 14 has three plate members 15, 16, and 17, and these plate members are spaced apart from each other in the longitudinal direction of the hulling rollers 4, 5. These plate members are preferably arranged at intervals of one pitch or half a pitch in the shape of a corrugated thread on the outer peripheral surface of the hulling rollers 4,5. As shown in FIG. 3, the most upstream plate member 15 has curved end portions 18 and 19 formed on both sides of the lower end adjacent to the hulling rollers 4 and 5, respectively. 19 between the flat end portions 2
0, and the flat end portion 20 is located above the nip portion of the hulling rollers 4,5. The unhulled rice that has fallen from the hopper 13 and is transferred on the hulling rollers 4 and 5, and the brown rice that has already been shed, is flattened by the plate member 15 between the hulling rollers 4 and 5 and the plate member 15. At this time, the brown rice changes its position and becomes more susceptible to the hulling action. The second plate member 16 has a shape that is slightly sharper than the curved end portions 18 and 19 of the first plate member 15, and is located closer to the hulling rollers 4 and 5. Therefore, the plate member 16 gives a stronger change in attitude to the unhulled rice passing under it, thereby promoting removal of the processing. As shown in FIG. 4, the last plate member 17 forms curved end portions 21 and 22 that are curved toward both sides from the central portion of its lower end. ,
It has a shape that is more sharpened than the curved portions 18 and 19 of 16 and is placed closer to the hulling rollers 4 and 5 to prevent the passage of unhulled rice and rice husks;
Only brown rice that has been completely removed is allowed to pass through. In this way, the plate members 15, 16, and 17 promote the removal of unhulled rice and prevent the passage of the rice husks, thereby making it possible to completely sort the brown rice and remove the rice husks. The brown rice that has passed under the plate member 17 passes through the outlet 23 formed in the vertical wall 3 of the main body 1 and enters the storage container 24.
collected within. Collection container 24 is removably attached to body 2. Next, the following table shows the experimental results when the hand-cranked rice huller of the present invention was provided with a comb-shaped sorting mechanism and when it was not provided.

Even though the sample size was 100 grains, the total amount recovered (the sum of the amount of brown rice recovered and the amount of unhulled rice recovered) was about 90 grains. This is because relatively small particles were mixed into the sample and fell through the gap between the hulling rollers during hulling. From the above results, it is understood that the comb-shaped sorting mechanism has a great sorting effect. In the embodiments described above, the comb-tooth sorting mechanism is formed integrally with the main body, but the comb-tooth sorting mechanism can be formed separately from the main body and assembled to the main body. Furthermore, although the above embodiment is an example in which the present invention is applied to a hand-operated rice huller, the present invention can also be applied to a power-driven rice huller, for example, by connecting a rice milling machine to a rice huller. It is possible to make a home-use device that can process everything from unhulled rice to brown rice to polishing in an integrated process.You can store the rice in a living state as unhulled rice, and perform hulling and polishing as needed to create delicious rice. You can eat rice. In addition, the hand-cranked rice huller originally uses a small amount of sample to test the moisture content.
Since it is used to make brown rice for grain quality inspection, etc., the collection container can be attached with electrodes and used as a sample dish for the rice and wheat moisture meter, and the collection container can be made of transparent plastic material. It can be used as a rice grain fluoroscope. Effects of the invention With the configuration explained above, the present invention effectively removes the unhulled rice by transferring the unhulled rice in the longitudinal direction of the hulling roller and simultaneously passing the unhulled rice through the comb-shaped sorting mechanism when separating the unhulled rice into brown rice and rice husks. In addition, it is possible to improve the separation of rice husks and collect only complete brown rice grains.
