The wall panel connection structure of this invention consists of a pair of wall panels arranged one above the other with bolt insertion holes formed in the upper and lower frame members facing each other, and rubber layers pasted on both sides of the main body. A spacer having a bolt insertion hole drilled through the center is interposed between the upper frame material and the lower frame material of the pair of wall panels, and the bolt insertion hole is aligned with each bolt insertion hole of the pair of wall panels. , a vertical piece facing the indoor surface of the upper wall panel is provided on one side of the horizontal piece, and a water-cutting board formed by connecting water-cutting pieces arranged on the outdoor side of the lower wall panel on the other side is attached downwardly. provided on the frame material of the wall panel and sandwiched between the spacer, and a watertight material is fixed between the draining plate and the frame material of the upper wall panel and closer to the outdoor side of the spacer, the spacer,
Both rubber layers are pressed against the opposing surfaces of the upper frame material and lower frame material of the pair of wall panels by passing panel connecting bolts through each bolt insertion hole of the drainage board and the pair of wall panels and tightening them with nuts. It is. In this way, both rubber layers arranged on both sides of the spacer are pressed against the opposing surfaces of the upper frame material and the lower frame material of the pair of wall panels, and sufficient watertightness is achieved between the spacer and the frame material of the wall panel. A draining plate was sandwiched between the spacer and the frame material of the lower wall panel, and a watertight material was also provided between the draining plate and the frame material of the upper wall panel and closer to the outside of the spacer. Even if rainwater infiltrates between the upper frame material and the lower frame material of the wall panel, the rainwater will not infiltrate into the wall panel through the shaft of the bolt. Further, by providing a drain plate, it is possible to prevent rainwater from entering the indoor side of the wall panel, and it is possible to improve waterproofness.

As shown in the figure, the second floor outer wall panel 1 and the beam cover panel 2 are connected with bolts 4 and nuts 5 via spacers 3. That is, both panels 1 and 2
are arranged side by side on a vertical plane, and bolt insertion holes (not shown) provided in the lower frame member 1a and the upper frame member 2a are opposed to each other. A spacer 3 and watertight materials 7 and 8 are interposed between the lower frame material 1a and the upper frame material 2a with a draining plate 6 interposed therebetween. The spacer 3 is shown in Fig. 2a,
As shown in b, a synthetic rubber layer 3b and a butyl rubber layer 3c are pasted on the upper and lower surfaces of the metal plate-shaped main body 3a,
A bolt insertion hole 3d is drilled through the center.
The upper surface of the synthetic rubber layer 3b is in contact with the lower surface of the lower frame material 1a, and the lower surface of the butyl rubber layer 3c is in contact with the upper surface of the draining plate 6, and the bolt insertion holes 3d are connected to the respective bolt insertion holes of the upper and lower frame materials 1a and 2a. (not shown). The watertight member 7 is a rod-shaped member extending perpendicular to the plane of the paper in FIG. 1, is made of synthetic rubber, and extends continuously in the longitudinal direction between the upper and lower frame members 1a and 2a. The other watertight material 8, as shown in FIG. 3, is made by covering the outer periphery of a rod-shaped core material 8a made of expanded styrene or foamed ethylene with butyl rubber 8b.As shown in FIG. 1, the upper and lower frame materials 1a, 2a, extending continuously in the longitudinal direction thereof. The water-cutting board 6 has a vertical piece 6a facing the indoor surface of the lower frame material 1a, a horizontal piece 6b placed on the upper surface of the upper frame material 2a, a water-tight piece 6c placed on the outdoor side, and a watertight material 6d.
is in contact with the outdoor surface of the beam cover panel 2. In this case, a bolt insertion hole (not shown) provided in the horizontal piece 6b
align with the bolt insertion hole 3d of the spacer 3. With this arrangement, the bolts 4 are inserted into each bolt insertion hole 3 of the lower frame material 1a, spacer 3, drain plate 6, and upper frame material 2a.
d, tighten the nut 5, and connect both watertight members 7 and 8.
Then, both the rubber layers 3b and 3c of the spacer 3 are sufficiently compressed.

水性を一層向上させることができる。 In this way, the bolt 4 for connecting both panels 1 and 2 is passed through the bolt insertion hole 3d of the spacer 3, and both rubber layers 3 arranged on both sides of this spacer 3 are inserted.
b and 3c are pressed against the lower surface of the lower frame material 1a and the upper surface of the drain plate horizontal piece 6b, respectively, and the spacer 3 and the lower frame material 1 are
Since sufficient watertightness has been achieved between spacer 3a and between spacer 3 and draining plate 6, even if rainwater crosses watertight material 7 and enters between bottom frame material 1a and draining plate horizontal piece 6b, the rainwater will not leak. Rainwater does not infiltrate into the shaft of the bolt 4 by running between the spacer 3 and the lower frame material 1a or between the spacer 3 and the drain plate horizontal piece 6b, and therefore rainwater does not flow along the bolt shaft and into both panels 1 and 2. It can be reliably prevented from entering. In particular, spacer 3
Since the rubber layer on the lower surface side is formed of a butyl rubber layer 3c with adhesive properties, the watertight performance is extremely high, and when connecting the panels, the spacer 3 is temporarily fixed by pressing the butyl rubber layer 3c against the drain plate 6 ( (positioning) and facilitates construction. Moreover, the spacer 3 and the upper frame material 2 of the panel 2
Since the drain plate 6 is provided between the panel 2 and the panel 2, it is possible to more reliably prevent rainwater from entering the panel 2, and
It is possible to prevent rainwater from entering the indoor side, and further improve waterproofness.
