The applicant first proposed that the regular peaks 1, such as corrugated plates, be used to provide both heat insulation and reinforcement effects at the same time.
The two synthetic resin plates 6a, 6a are formed with alternating and parallel valleys 2a and valleys 2a, and the peaks 1a of each are formed so that a heat insulating air layer 3a is formed in the middle. We devised a construction board 4a as shown in Fig. 1, which is formed by combining two sheets so that ... and valley portions 2a ... are joined to each other. When used as a board material, like conventional corrugated boards, the peaks of adjacent architectural boards overlap each other by about two peaks, and then the seams at each corner overlap to form four layers. When the sheets were pasted together, there were problems such as the joints were extremely bulky and unsightly, and gaps were created at the joints, causing rain to accumulate.

Below, the embodiment will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. Fig. 3 shows an embodiment of the present invention, and 1 and 2 each have regular peaks 3 along the longitudinal direction. These synthetic resin plates 1 and 2 have valleys 4... formed alternately and parallel to each other, and these synthetic resin plates 1, 2 have valleys 4... of the synthetic resin plate 1 and peaks 3... of the synthetic resin plate 2. are joined to each other, so that an insulating air layer 5 is formed in the space sandwiched between the peaks 3 of the synthetic resin plate 1 and the valleys 4 of the synthetic resin plate 2. The two boards are pasted together to form one architectural board 6.

A fitting recess 63 is formed by cutting out a portion halfway to the center of the top and opening outward, and the other side edge 62 has a ridge 3 forming an insulating air layer 5.
A fitting convex portion 64 is formed which is cut off at the joint portion between the trough portion 4 and the trough portion 4 and whose tip portion is closed and protrudes outward. It is adapted to be elastically fitted into the fitting recess 63 in the shape shown in FIG. 5.

In the embodiment, the formation of the fitting convex portion 64 was shown by cutting out the joint portion between the peak portion 3 and the valley portion 4, but the fitting convex portion 64 is not limited to such a structure.
A portion outside the top center 3a of the peak portion 3 of the synthetic resin board 1 and halfway to the bottom center 4a of the valley portion 4, and a portion outside the bottom center 4a of the valley portion 4 of the synthetic resin board 2 and the peak Cut off a portion halfway to the top center 3a of the portion 3, form the tip with an open end, and insert it into the fitting recess 63 formed on the side edge of the other construction board in the state shown in Fig. 6. It may be of a shape that is elastically fitted.

However, when connecting a large number of construction boards of the present invention with such a configuration by joining them at their side edges,
By fitting the fitting convex portion 64 on the other side edge of the other building board to be connected to the fitting recess 63 on the one side edge of the building board, each The fitting protrusions 64 are firmly fitted and held by the elastic clamping pressure of the fitting recesses 63, so that the joints have almost no bulk as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6. Further, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the fitting convex portion 64 overlaps the fitting convex portion 63 without any gaps and is in a hugged state, so that it is easy to pull the fitting convex portion 64 away from each other. However, even if a force in the opposite direction is applied, the fitting convex part 63 will easily bite too much into the fitting concave part 64 and the edge of the fitting concave part 64 and the fitting convex part 64 will easily become separated. This will prevent situations like this from occurring if a gap occurs between them.

Therefore, for example, when using the construction boards of the present invention as a roofing board material, it is not necessary to stack four boards at each corner, as shown in Figure 7, but by stacking four boards along the slope of the roof. The construction boards 7 located above may be laminated together so that they are slightly overlapped with the tops of the adjacent construction boards 8 immediately below, and the respective side edges 71..., 81... ... are connected horizontally in a row without creating any bulk at the joints, so they are beautiful in appearance.

As shown in Figures 5 and 6, the joint parts of 2 are fitted in such a way that no gaps are created due to the elastic clamping pressure of the building boards 6, so that rainwater does not infiltrate and prevent rainwater from entering. It doesn't cause any bulges.

In addition, in the above examples, as a synthetic resin plate,
Although the present invention has been described assuming a so-called conventionally known corrugated plate, it goes without saying that the present invention is not limited to these embodiments and may be integrally formed by extrusion molding.

Furthermore, in the above embodiments, the case where it is used as a roof board material was explained, but the use of the construction board of the present invention is not limited to this example, but it can also be used for general exterior materials such as wall board materials. Needless to say.

With this configuration, the architectural board of the present invention can be formed by simply pasting the synthetic resin boards at the construction site, and the transport width allows each synthetic resin board to be separated and transported separately. It is very convenient and not bulky when transporting.

It goes without saying that the construction board of the present invention has a heat insulating effect because it has an insulating air layer formed therein, and also has a reinforcing effect because it is glued together in two pieces. On each of the edges on both sides,
Each has a fitting concave portion and a fitting convex portion that fits into the concave portion, so when bonding, just by fitting these convex portions into the concave portions, the seams can be stretched accurately and without adding bulk. Can be combined.

In addition, the elastic clamping force acts on the joint part to hold the fit tightly, and the fitting protrusion overlaps the fitting protrusion without a gap and is held in place, and is pulled in the direction of separating from each other. Even if they are stretched, they will not easily separate, and even if a force in the opposite direction is applied, the fitting protrusion will simply bite into the fitting recess too much, and the edge of the fitting recess and the fitting protrusion will not easily separate. This will prevent the situation where a gap occurs between the parts. Therefore, even when used as roofing board material and side wall material, the work can be done easily and accurately.
Moreover, it has the unique effect of not having to worry about rain.
