本考案は太陽熱集熱用、温水暖房用等の循環回

(従来の技術)
従来より循環回路に循環水の膨張吸収、循環水
の補水、循環水中の空気の分離排出を目的として
樹脂製の膨張タンクを設けるようにしてある。か
かる膨張タンクは第4図に示したように貯湯槽(A)
の側部に取付金具(B)によつて固定せられ、又膨張
タンク(C)は強度を向上させる為にその平面部に凸

本考案はかかる問題点を解決せんとしたもの
で、膨張タンクを、貯湯槽に沿つた湾曲底面を有
する平面略三角形状の筒体に形成すると共に、該
筒体の頂辺両側の平面に上下方向に凹溝を形成
し、この凹溝内に支持金具を配して、該支持金具
の上下両端を貯湯槽に設けた取付座に固定した構

ようにしたので、当該平面部は凹溝を設けたこと
による補強効果に加えて取付金具による補強効果
が加わる。又膨張タンクは平面略三角形状である
ので角形の外装ケーシングの隅部に膨張タンクを

湯槽1は太陽熱集熱用に用いる場合には図示しな
いが、貯湯槽1内の熱交換器と集熱器とを循環ポ
ンプを介設した循環路で接続して循環回路が形成
され、膨張タンク2はこの循環回路に直列に介設
される。第2図は第1図の要部を拡大した横断図
面で、膨張タンク2は平面から見て略三角形でそ
の底辺2aを貯湯槽1の曲率に沿つた円弧状に形
成して湾曲底面21を有する平面略三角形状の筒
体20とし、該筒体20の頂辺22両側の平面2

一体形成してある。尚、26は膨張タンク2の上
面に設けた注入である。27はコ字状の取付金具
であり、取付金具27は凹溝25内に嵌めて、そ
の上下両端部を貯湯槽1側壁に設けた上下の取付
座28にビス等で固定するようにしている。4は

り全体がコンパクトとなる。又膨張タンクの底面
に湾曲形状であり、かつ頂点両側の平面に上下方
向に凹溝を形成してあるので膨張タンクは充分な
強度が得られるのに加えて凹溝部分を取付金具で
支持することによる補強効果が加わり、強度的に
