いたが、これには人手を要し、出力電圧が500V
〜1600Vもある為に危険性が生じており、又、作
業能率が非常に悪く、ラインシステムには不適で
ある等、数々の不都合が生じていた。

を提供する事を目的とするものである。

本考案装置を実施例を示す図面について以下説

以下に述べる本考案装置は、該コードリールAの
コード間の絶縁抵抗と絶縁耐圧を検査するととも
にコードと金属性の上蓋2との間の絶縁抵抗と絶
縁耐圧を検査するものである。本考案装置の実施
例の構成を第1図によつて説明すると、図中、
5,5は支持版板であつて、L字状に形成され、
下端部を搬送用パレツトガイド6に固定されてい
て、上面にエアーシリンダ7,7′がねじ止め8,

この電流によつて差し込みプラグ4の一方の接触
端子から通じる片方のコードと上蓋3の間の絶縁
抵抗を検査する。又、次に絶縁抵抗検査用プラグ
接触ハンド17の他方の接触子17bと絶縁抵抗
検査用接子15間に電圧500Vがかけられ電流が
流れて差し込みプラグ4の他方の接触端子から通
じる他方のコードと上蓋3間の絶縁抵抗を検査す
る。上記3種類の絶縁抵抗の一つでも不良が検知
されると、絶縁抵抗不良用捺印シリンダ13が作
動し、捺印部13aが下降してコードリールAの
上蓋2の表面に絶縁抵抗不良の印を押す。この不
良の印が押されたコードリールAは一連のライン
の装置の最後に選別されるものである。又、コー
ドリールの絶縁耐圧の検査も図から明らかなよう

の絶縁耐圧の検査の時は電圧1600Vで検査され
