近年ゴルフクラブのシヤフトや魚釣用リールを
強化繊維補強熱可塑性合成樹脂材等の軽量材料で
形成し、その軽量化を図ることが提案されている
が、上記樹脂材を用いたシヤフトやリールは表面
に強化繊維が浮き出て外観的に悪く、この対策と
して成形金型にシボ処理をおこなつても成形注入
部や強化繊維の乱流部などは目視でその状態が判
明できる欠点があり、この対策として表面にサン
ドブラスト処理などを施して表面に微細な凹凸面
を形成して梨地に仕上げ、目視にて上記成形注入
部や乱流部が判明できなくする方法がある。

なり、このとき金属製の他の釣具が収納されてい
ると、湿り気が他の釣具に移り、腐蝕の原因とな
り、更に微細な凹凸面に水分と共に塩分が付着し
て固化すると白色化と同様の現象を呈すると共に
樹脂が濃色調の場合は特にその現象が目立つ欠点
がある。

等の優れた効果を奏する合成樹脂成形品となる。
