本考案は、可倒式のリヤシートバツクに突設さ
れたロツクピンを係止し得るキヤツチの安全な取

かし、下端部が車体に枢着されたシートバツクの
傾斜角を変えたり、或いはシートクツシヨン上に

ング用の係止溝8を複数形成したキヤツチ9が図
示しない車体パネルに対しボルト10等の固定手
段によつて収納固定されている。本実施例では切
欠部7をリヤクオータトリム4に形成したが、車
体内壁を形成する化粧材(内装材)であれば良く
その形状も任意である。又、キヤツチ9に形成さ
