向上を目的としてなされる二重膜の取付構造の改
善に関する。

所謂、空気膜構造とは第1図の平面図に示され
る如く建物周辺に設けたコンプレツシヨンリング
1から建物規模に合わせてワイヤ2…をかけわた
し、そのワイヤ2…間に膜材3…を張り屋根面を
構成し屋根面の単位面積当たりの重量よりも大き
い圧力を建物室内にかけ屋根面を空気圧で支える
構造であるが、これに於いて膜材3の張設は通常
ワイヤ2で囲成される面積に裁断の膜材3の端部
間をワイヤ2線上でジヨイント処理することでな
される。即、第2図に示す如くワイヤ2に所定間
隔をもつてUボルト4を取り付け、当該Uボルト
4に押え金具5、スペーサー6、プレート金具
7、プレート部材8等をナツト9で締結してワイ
ヤ2に膜材ジヨイント用のプレート面(プレート
部材8)を付設し、この上にて膜材3の端部を折
り返しのうえ熱溶着して加工した袋状部にロープ
を挿入した縁太部をボルト止めの押え具10に押
圧掛止させて膜材3をワイヤ2に対して止着関係
にするとしてなる。尚、隣接膜材3,3間のシー
ルは、その一方端を該押え具10で押止のカバー
11の他方端を該プレート金具7の中央部に立設
の埋込部12に嵌着のガスケツト13に形成の挟
み付け溝に差込み固定することでなされている。
