Extinguishing the fire in this portable kerosene stove is done by lowering the tip of the wick into the wick guide path formed by the inner wick tube and the outer wick tube, reducing the vaporization of oil and the supply of air. Incomplete combustion gas is generated by low flame combustion for 10 seconds, and even after the low flame combustion is extinguished, unburned gas is generated until the inside of the core and the vicinity of the outer cylinder are cooled. ), it was thermally decomposed and emitted a foul odor.

and 8 are an inner flame tube and an outer flame tube that constitute the burner 9 placed on the upper surface of the outer core tube 2 and the core top 5. Reference numeral 10 denotes a shielding plate constituting the present invention, which is fixed to the lower part of the inner peripheral surface of the core outer cylinder 2 by spot welding, caulking, etc. As shown in FIG. 1, this shielding plate 10 has flanges 11, 11... whose lower ends are press-bent outward, and a plurality of cuts 12, 12... formed at uniform pitches in the upper part of the midsection and bent inward. It is a cylindrical body having vane plates 13, 13, . . . which are folded outward by about 3 mm. The shielding plate 10 is made of, for example, a stainless steel plate with a thickness of t0.1 to t0.3, and when the diameter of the upper end of the vane plates 13, 13, etc. is expanded, the diameter is automatically reduced due to the elasticity of the steel plate. An example of the manufacturing process of this shielding plate 10 will be explained based on a to e of FIG. 2.

6によつて吸引装置17に接続されている。 When the above-mentioned shielding plate 10 is vertically positioned by the flanges 11, 11, . . . and fixed by spot welding or the like as shown in FIG. Therefore, when the core 4 is below the blade plates 13, 13, . . . as shown in FIG. 2, the upper part of the core guide path 3 is closed by the tapered blade plates 13, 13, .
When the core 4 is moved upward by the core up/down device as shown in FIG. 4, the upper end of the core 4 gradually pushes up the vanes 13, 13, . . . and expands in diameter. Then, the upper end of the wick 4 protrudes from the upper end of the blade plates 13, 13..., and the outer periphery of the core 4 moves upward while sliding on the upper ends of the blade plates 13, 13..., and is set at the combustion position as shown in Fig. 5. . Next, when the core 4 is lowered by activation of the seismic device or fire extinguishing operation, the outer periphery of the core 4 moves downward while contacting the upper ends of the vanes 13, 13..., so that the carbide attached to the upper outer periphery of the core is removed. Improve the next combustion condition.
Reference numeral 15 denotes a suction port bored in the upper part of the core inner cylinder 1, and an appropriate number of them are provided on the outer periphery of the core inner cylinder 1, and each one is connected to the pipe 1.

Fig. 7b shows the state in which the wick is lowered due to activation of the fire extinguisher or extinguishing operation, and the pressing plate 21 slides to the right by turning the wick adjustment knob 18 to the left, and the foot-operated type The bellows body 24 of the pump 23 is shown in a free state. That is, this suction device 17 is designed to suck gas from the suction port 25 by the restoring force of the compressed bellows body 24 when the core is lowered.

る。 Next, the overall operation will be explained with reference to FIG. When the wick 4 descends to the extinguishing position, the blades 13, 13
... closes the upper part of the wick guide path 3, and at the same time, the suction device 17 operates to suck the gas from the suction port 15, so the supply of air to the wick 4 is cut off, and there is almost no slow combustion and the fire is extinguished. Unburned gas generated after extinguishing the fire is sealed in the inner core passage 3 and sucked out, thereby preventing the unburned gas from passing through the high-temperature burner 9, thereby reducing the odor during the extinguishing process. In addition, since there is almost no combustion, incomplete combustion gas is hardly generated, and the inner core cylinder 1 and outer core cylinder 2 are cooled quickly, which has the secondary effect of reducing the total amount of unburned gas generated. Effective in reducing bad odors.

As shown in the figure, the tips of the vanes may be overlapped.
Furthermore, almost the same effect can be obtained by providing the suction port 15 at the upper part of the outer core cylinder 2 as shown in FIG. . If the suction port 15 is provided on the inner periphery of the upper part of the core outer cylinder 2 and the pipe 16 is arranged outside the core outer cylinder 2, the assembly work will be easier. It goes without saying that the shielding plate 10 and the suction device 17 are not limited to the embodiments described above and shown in the drawings, but can be modified as appropriate without departing from the scope of the invention.

る。<Effects> The present invention provides a top-and-bottom wick oil combustor, which includes a shielding plate on the top of the core guide path formed by the core inner cylinder and the core outer cylinder, which opens and closes the top of the core guide path as the wick moves up and down; A suction port connected to a suction device that is activated when the wick is lowered in conjunction with the wick up-and-down device is provided, and the upper part of the wick guide path is closed at the same time as the wick is lowered, and the unburnt gas generated when extinguishing is removed from the wick guide path 3. If the suction port is located below the shield plate, the suction device is driven to create a negative pressure to the extent that unburned gas does not leak upward from the shield plate, and the suction port is located above the shield plate. In this case, the suction device is operated to prevent unburned gas leaking from the shield plate from reaching the high-temperature burner.
