(Prior art) In regions with heavy snowfall in winter, disposing of snow accumulated on the roofs of houses is always a problem, and not only does it require a large amount of manpower to remove the snow, but it is especially difficult to remove snow from the roofs of houses, especially in densely populated areas. More effort is required to move the fallen snow to other locations.

One way to deal with this problem is to dump the fallen snow into gutters and streams that run alongside people's houses.
Measures have been taken to move the snow naturally using running water, but excessively dumped snow can block the running water,
Problems often occur where the water freezes and the water function becomes paralyzed. As a conventional means for preventing the above-mentioned troubles, as shown in a cross-sectional view of the gutter in FIG.
There is a known method of melting the snowpack 4 accumulated on the top of the metal plate 8 by using running water passing through the hole 7, but this method makes the metal plate 8 heavy and difficult to handle, especially in curved or meandering gutter areas. Not only is it difficult to install, but it also has the drawbacks of being easily rusted and having poor durability.

(Problems to be solved by the present invention) Therefore, the present inventors developed a snow melting device for ditches in snowy countries that is lightweight and convenient to handle, and has excellent snow melting effects, snow melting effects, and durability. As a result of investigation for the purpose of acquisition, it was found that the above objectives could be efficiently achieved with a simple structure consisting of a cylindrical net made of synthetic resin monofilament.

The cylindrical snow melting net of the present invention has a basic structure of a synthetic resin monofilament net. The synthetic resin monofilament network referred to here is made by melt-spinning synthetic resins such as polyester, polyamide, and polyolefin in a conventional manner, and then stretching and heat-setting as necessary, the diameter being 0.5 to 5.0.
Monofilament of mm, especially 1.0 to 4.5 mm, is woven to have a rhombic or hexagonal mesh. The mesh size of this reticular body is arbitrary, but usually there are 9 to 100 meshes per 30cm square.
It is preferable that 18 to 80 pieces can be accommodated. In addition, since the strength of the cylindrical mesh is excellent, it is particularly recommended to use a mesh having a hexagonal mesh. In addition, in order to further increase the strength of the cylindrical net, when weaving the net,
Metal wires can also be woven together with synthetic resin monofilaments.

The snow-melting tubular net 3 of the present invention, as shown in a perspective view in FIG. The overlapping ends 3' of the nets are bound and fixed by sewing or tying fixed filaments 9 such as synthetic resin monofilament or metal wire, and the cross-sectional shape may be circular, oval, or Any shape such as a triangle or square can be selected, and the cross-sectional size can be arbitrarily designed depending on the size of the gutter to be laid.
Incidentally, if necessary, a mounting tool 6 for laying and fixing to the side gutter 1 may be provided at an appropriate position of the tubular mesh 3. In addition, there is a limit to the length of the cylindrical mesh 3.
When you want to extend the length, connect another cylindrical net to one end a or both ends a and b of the cylindrical net 3, and tie and secure this connected part with fixed wires such as synthetic resin monofilament or metal wire. By doing so, the desired length can be easily obtained. Furthermore, as shown in FIG.
0 can also be used by covering or incorporating them into the cylindrical mesh 3 at appropriate intervals. The cylindrical snow melting net of the present invention is lightweight, easy to handle and design, and is flexible and deformable, so it can be easily installed, for example, in curved, bent, and meandering sections of side ditches.

Figures 3 and 4 are cross-sectional views of the gutter 1 in which the snow-melting cylindrical net 3 of the present invention is installed. FIG. 4 shows an example in which an elliptical cylindrical net 3 is fixedly laid on the bottom 2 of a side gutter 1 with a fitting 6, and FIG. This figure shows an example in which two meshes 3 are arranged in parallel and fixedly laid on the bottom 2 of a side gutter 1 using fixtures 6.

For example, when snowflakes 4 taken down from a roof are dumped into the gutter 1, the snowflakes 4 do not sink to the bottom of the gutter but accumulate on the cylindrical net 3. Then, the running water 5 hits the mesh of the cylindrical net 3, flows turbulently, and collides violently with the snowpack 4, so that the snowpack 4 is effectively melted by the running water 5 and drained as a water stream.

5 and 6 are plan views of the side gutter 1 on which the snow-melting cylindrical net 3 of the present invention is installed, and FIG. FIG. 6 shows an example in which a cylindrical mesh 3 is meandered and fixedly laid at the bottom of a side gutter 1. Here, according to the aspect of FIG. 5, the snow mass 4
The snow accumulates on one side of the gutter 1 and is melted by running water flowing on the other side. However, in the embodiment shown in FIG. 6, the snowpack 4 comes into contact with the side and top surfaces of the cylindrical net 3 and has a large surface area in contact with the running water 5, so that the snow melting effect is further promoted.
