By the way, the water in the bathtub after bathing contains a lot of foreign matter such as dirt and grime, and when draining water, these foreign matter stick to the inside of the valve and reduce the opening/closing function of the valve. There were drawbacks such as the water in the bathtub flowing out through the valve because the valve was not completely sealed, or the drainage capacity being reduced.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. 1 is a bathtub, 2 is a drain port of the bathtub 1, and 3 is an eyepiece detachably attached to the drain port 2 to prevent large particles from passing through. 4 is a drain channel connected to the drain port 2; 5 is a swing check valve connected in the middle of the drain channel 4; 6 is a water supply pipe connected to the swing check valve 5; , 7 is a valve such as an electric valve or an electromagnetic valve connected in the middle of the water supply pipe 6;
8 is a siphon pipe connected to the outlet side of the drainage channel 4, and 9 is a water flow switch provided at the outlet part 8a of the siphon pipe 8, which is arranged so as to protrude from the outlet part 8a, as shown in FIG. switch lever 9a
and a micro switch 9b whose contacts are closed when the lever 9a is displaced by the water flow.

ある。 Reference numeral 10 is a controller that sends an ON signal from a switch located at a remote location or a time-up signal from a clock, etc., and 11 is comprised of an integrating circuit 11a, a timer circuit 11b, and a valve driving circuit 11c, as shown in FIG. It is a valve control device.

い。 Next, to explain the operation based on the above configuration, when the controller 10 is operated or a signal is output from the controller 10 to automatically drain the water in the bathtub 1, this signal is sent to the valve control device. 11 timer circuit 11b.
This causes the timer circuit 11b to control the valve drive circuit 1.
1c is operated, and as a result, the valve 7 is energized and the valve 7 is opened. Therefore, water is supplied from the water supply pipe 6 to the siphon pipe 8 via the swing check valve 5, and the water is drained from the drain port 8a. In this state, clean water from the water supply pipe 6 is not supplied into the bathtub 1 by the swing check valve 5.

Here, when the on signal of the micro switch 9b is continuously input for a certain period of time or more, the integrating circuit 11a
That is, when the time elapses for the siphon pipe 8 from the valve 7 to the drain port 8a to be filled with water, a timer reset signal is output from the integrating circuit 11a to the timer circuit 11, and the timer circuit 11b is reset to the initial state. state. Therefore, a valve closing signal is inputted to the valve drive circuit 11c, power to the valve 7 is cut off, and water supply from the water supply pipe 6 is stopped. Here, due to the siphon principle of the siphon pipe 8, the water in the bathtub 1 is supplied into the siphon pipe 8 via the swing check valve 5, and the water in the bathtub 1 is supplied from the drain port 8a.
The water inside is drained until it runs out.

By operating the valve 7 to open the valve 7 and allowing clean water to flow through the water supply pipe 6, the dirt and grime can be washed away.

As mentioned above, this invention uses the siphon principle to drain the water in the bathtub via a check valve, so there is no need to keep the valve energized during draining, which saves energy. Aim to become
Furthermore, a check valve with a simple structure is connected to the drain pipe instead of a conventional electric valve or electromagnetic valve, so it can be shaped to prevent dirt and grime from adhering to it, and the check valve can be used when water is being supplied. The only effect is to prevent water from flowing into the bathtub side, so even if a small amount of dirt or grime adheres to it and water leaks in the opposite direction, there will be no inconvenience. This has the effect of reducing the amount of maintenance required.
