ガイドを並設した播種装置に関する。[Detailed explanation of the invention] This invention is based on the seed falling path from the sowing roll.
The present invention relates to a seeding device in which seeding guides that are divided in the direction of the rotational axis of the roll are arranged in parallel.

The seeding roll 1 is arranged below the seed supply hopper 3, and the seedling raising box 8 for growing pine-shaped seedlings to be placed on the rice transplanter is sequentially moved below the seeding roll 1 by the conveyor 7 or the like. It is configured so that the seeds can be sown on the bed soil 8a in the seedling raising box 8, and a sowing guide 11 is also provided to divide the falling path of the seeds 6, acting on the seeds 6 that splashed on the bed soil 8a when falling, It is constructed to make the sowing density uniform by preventing the seeds 6 from entering adjacent streaks.

If the sowing guide 11 is placed close to the bed soil 8a in order to reduce the penetration of the sowing guide 11 into adjacent streaks, there is a disadvantage that the bed soil 8a is disturbed by the lower edge of the sowing guide 11 and the seedling-raising condition deteriorates. If the sowing guide 11 is separated from the soil bed 8a so that the soil bed 8a is not disturbed by the lower edge of the sowing guide 11, there is a drawback that the sowing density tends to be uneven.

However, in reality, the bed soil surface is uneven and the bed soil surface moves up and down due to the pulsation of the conveyor when transporting the seedling boxes, so when trying to move the sowing guide closer to the bed soil, the seeding The bed soil is disturbed by the lower edge of the guide,
In addition, in order to prevent the bed soil from being disturbed by the sowing guide, if the lower edge of the sowing guide is installed with a distance above the bed soil surface, the seeds that splashed on the bed soil surface during sowing will be transferred to the lower edge of the sowing guide and the bed soil. It was found that the seeds passed through the gaps between the surfaces and entered the adjacent stripes, making the seeding state uneven.

By lowering the sowing guide, even if the soil level changes, the lower edge of the sowing guide can be
The seeding guide can now be positioned almost in contact with the soil surface at all times without the risk of disturbing the soil surface, and as a result, it is possible to sufficiently suppress disturbance of the soil bed by the sowing guide, and at the same time, the sowing guide can ensure reliable It was possible to sow seeds at the desired sowing density, and it was possible to provide a sowing device with extremely excellent sowing performance as a whole.

する播種装置を構成してある。 As shown in FIG. 1, a seeding roll 1 having a seed storage recess 2 on its circumferential surface and rotating at a constant speed around a rotation axis P is disposed below a seed supply hopper 3, and the seeding roll of the seed supply hopper 3 is A brush 4 is provided on the lower side of the seed supply section A formed by the opening for the sowing roll 1 and acts in contact with the circumferential surface of the sowing roll 1 to prevent surplus seeds from being sent as the sowing roll 1 rotates. Furthermore, the seeds are distributed over a range from the terminal end of the seed supply section A to the position just before the seed discharge section B located at the lower end of the sowing roll 1, in a state in which the seeds are almost in contact with the circumferential surface of the sowing roll 1. The holding plate 5 is arranged, and as the seeding roll 1 rotates, the seed supply section A
The seeds 6 stored in the seed storage recess 2 are transferred to a seedling box 8 in a seedling box 8 which is sequentially conveyed in a direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the sowing roll 1 by a belt conveyor 7 below the sowing roll 1 at the seed discharge part B. A seeding device is configured to sequentially drop and feed the seeds.

a上に条播するように構成してある。 As shown in FIG. 2, the seeding roll 1 includes a short rotary body 1a, which is formed by arranging concave portions 2a on its circumferential surface for storing seeds 6 for one plant. The seeding guide 11 divides the falling path of the seeds 6 from the roll 1 in the direction of the rotation axis P.
is attached to the rotating shaft 10 between each rotating body 1a, and the seeds 6 from the roll 1 are placed in the bed soil 8 in the seedling box 8.

種されるように構成してある。 As shown in FIG. 3, the sowing guide 11 includes a flat guide acting part 12a, a bifurcated guide acting part 12b connected to the lower part thereof, and a flat guide acting part 12.
A pair of arm parts 13a are provided in series with each other on the upper part of the arm part 13a, and a locking part 13b is provided in series with the upper part of each of the arm parts 13a, so that the arm part 13a can be attached to and detached from the rotating shaft 10 by utilizing the elastic deformation of the arm part 13a. As shown in FIG. 1, when attached to the rotary shaft 10, the shaft is designed to be able to swing upward upon contact with the soil 8a and swing back to its original position due to its own weight, and is prevented from slipping out by the locking portion 13b. As shown in Fig. 2, the bifurcated guide acting portion 12
The structure is such that the seeds 6 from different rotating bodies 1a are sown apart from each other.

If the thickness of the bed soil 8a becomes large, the sowing guide 11 is raised and swung so that the lower edge 12c of the soil bed 8a is in contact with the soil bed 8a. 11 is configured so as to be brought into contact with the soil bed 8a so that good seed guidance can be performed without significantly penetrating the soil bed 8a. Further, the lower edge 12c of the bifurcated guide action portion 12b
As shown in FIG. 1, when the thickness of the soil bed 8a is standard, the contact length with the soil bed 8a is made to be large, so that the sowing guide 11 can penetrate more fully into the soil bed 8a. It is configured to be suppressed.

る事が出来るように構成してある。 On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 2, the seedling raising box 8 conveyed by the belt conveyor 7 below the seeding roll 1 is placed on a paper partition material 14 placed on a thinly leveled rooting bed soil 8b. Open spaces 14a are formed at appropriate intervals in the transverse direction of the cross section, and are open downward.
FIGS. 4 and 5 show pine-shaped seedlings W, which were sown and grown on the bed soil 8a filled on the partition material 14, taken out from the seedling raising box 8 and loaded onto the seedling stand 15 of the rice transplanter. As shown in FIG.
By biting into the pine-like seedlings W, the pine-like seedlings W are prevented from shifting laterally, and the planting claws 17 are used to separate the pine-like seedlings W from one side to the next.
It is structured so that seedlings can be cut out one by one and planted on the field.
