本考案は、下水道設備に使用される除塵マンホ

ルを設け、これの内部にストレーナを設置してい
る。このストレーナは、ワイヤ・メツシユの金
網、フラツトバーのバースクリーン、パンチンダ
メタル等を用いたバケツト形式のものが主流であ

めに、これをストレーナの内側から引つ張つた
り、外側から押したりしなければ除去できない。
この塵芥の面倒な除去作業に相当の時間を要し、
しかも完全に除去することは不可能である。その
ために、ストレーナが目詰りして下水等の流動が
悪くなるだけでなく、臭気や汚れ或いは破泥等に
よつて衛生上良くなく、作業環境を悪化させる要

も、ストレーナ容器に挿抜自由に収めた集塵袋が

グ内周縁に当てつけ、かつ立設させることによ
り、集塵袋3と竪リブ23との内接円半径が口部
リング22の内径よりも小さくなるようにしてい

部リング22に接当または絡みついて抜き出しが
困難になつたり、口部リング22に絡みついて塵
